hello ghelbheng06, it's me fil_love_can again... wow! we mailed our pp on the same date... i also mailed mine thru LBC earlier today(with the personal history and advisory of marriages"CRS Form no. 5).

another great thing... i mailed my requested docs at the same add that you sent your docs too. i tried to sent it to the address with P.O Box but LBC agent told me that they doesn't accept any P.O Box addressed docs.

Sorry for not responding your last post for me. I had a crazy net connection yesterday.
now.... we're both waiting... hopefully... good news may come for both of us... God bless...

hindi ba nakakrating pag  sa address na ito??

pls a little worried  now.. parang gusto ko na i email embassy kung tanggap nila  or hindi

same date pala tau nag pasa ng PP, teka may nareceived kaba na Letter? ako kasi wala ako narereceived na letter until now, Meron lang tumawag skin from embassy tapos tinanong kung may nareceived daw ba ako na Passport request, Sabi ko wala!, tapos sabi nya Paki pasa nlang AGAD ung original passport mo.. un lang ang nareceived ko kinakabahan nga ako kasi baka may iba pa additional documents na hingiin skin. pero wala nmn binangit ung tumawag about sa additional docu...hay sana wala na hingiin para matapos na..sa tingin mo may dadating pa na letter skin???medyo nag aalala kasi ako baka pagdating ng letter may add docu pa. baka nadelay ;lang letter nila.pero almost 1 month na kasi eh wala pa ako nareceived na letter.

i agree as well! this forums help me a lot when waiting for the decision to be made for my wife's passport. now we enter another phase, waiting for them to return the passport.... lol.

OK cool thanks - we thought our file would sit un-opened for a few months so good news~ Is there anyway in ECAS to see on what date the status became "In-Process" or not really?

oo nga... im hapi na meron pla ako ka-batch in sending pp. oo nka-received ako ng urgent letter galing sa embassy-mla requesting 4 my pp, and other docs(marriage advisory and personal history). Based on ur situation, there are some things that came up into my mind... 1. maybe they already sent u a letter but it didn't came thru due to address/spelling error.... so that's why they tried their best to make a way to reach you(via phone call). 2. maybe ur letter got stolen/misplaced(this cases mostly happen in some places/areas so as for me, I advised our town postmaster not to deliver any mails addressed for me to anyone... I kept on checking and pick it up myself at the post office). 3. maybe the embassy didn't sent you a letter for they preferred to reach you by phone call.

Well, ayun na nga... they gave u a phone call requesting to send ur passport. so, uv done a good thing by sending ur pp yesterday. hwag kng mg alalala ghelbheng.... i sense it that the processing of ur apps goes smoothly. they're only asking for ur pp.. so then, that's it... if ever they will need any additional docs from you.. 4 sure... they will ask it first than ur pp. PP is the last thing that the embassy will ask from all the applicants who's apps goes smoothly. the purpose of asking for the red-colored valid/original passport is for visa stamping.

Just wondering, to those that have been requested additional documents, nag request ba sa inyo ng Voter's ID?? I've never voted my entire life kase... Hindi pa naman ako nakaka-recieve ng AOR. Hopefully by next week. Just want to be prepared just in case they do ask for a Voter's ID.

hello jeans22, if i may rspond to ur post here.. i wud like to say that i don't think they'll ask for voter's id. they'll only ask some original docs to prove that our relationship with our sponsor is genuine. Good luck and God bless... fil_love_can

Voter's id, along with permanent school records, baptismal are requested for those with late registered birth certificate.

Thanks big Help tlga mga options na sinabi mo, kasi nagaalala tlga ako kung abkit wala ako nareceived na letter eh, sana nga mag dilang anghel ka! sana Passport lang ang hingiin skin, masyado na kasi late kung may sinend sila na letter wala pa din ako narereceived eh, atsaka dpat binangit na nung tumawag skin kung ano pa kailngan nila diba?? hay sana tlga passport lang, sabgay kung may need pa sila iba dpat mauuna muna ung additional docu diba? bago ung passport,
