hello ghelbheng06, based on what i've known from my cousin's case na katulad naman sayo.. wala din sya natatanggap na letter from embassy na AOR at tsaka PPR. phone call lng ang natanggap nya galing sa embassy requesting to urgently send her passport to Mla Visa Ofis Section. She got the PPR only by phone call. So, she sent her passport to the embassy and within 1 month... she got her passport back with a visa stamped on it together with the COPR. I think, ganun din naman ang sa iyo... same lng po ang case nyo.

Ang sa akin naman... I received a letter from the embassy that contains AOR, PPR and a request to send my Advisory of Marriages from NSO. My problem is... I don't exactly understand/know what's this Advisory of Marriages. Shall it be the Certificate of marriage? or what? Well, I hope anyone here can give me an idea what's this (Advisory of Marriages from NSO) It will highly be appreciated. Thanks and Good luck everyone.

punta ka nso sabihin u cenomar(Certificate of no Marraige)  they will give you a little  green form fill up mo siya..

your name .name  mo nung  single  ka.. 
then i sesearch nila  pag married  ka na  hindi  na  and lalabas  eh  hindi CENOMAR kundi  marraige advisory, actually ma tatrack dun like  how many marraiges  u had.. parang ganun.. verify  na  married  ka talaga  at once  lang

details  ng marraige  kung kelan kung sinu pinakasalan..

sakin  parang  marraige  of ( name  mo  )has  1 result  and she is married  to( name ng hubby  mo)  tas  kung kelan  ganun

i paid  195  for that..

Kasi may nabasa ako before na pagka pinadala niyo via courier yan po gagamitin para may tao makareceived and may magsign sa may embassy. Sabi sa DHL ung guard daw nakareceived nun passport namin and binigay pa last name samen. Pero kung regular mail mo lang yata ipapadala passport mo pedi mo gamitan yung P.O. box address ng embassy..

Ahh salamat sa reply, Oo yan din un na pag planuhan nmin ng asawa ko parang direct kasi tlga sa office nila ung pagdating ng passport, kpag kasi sa P.O box sa mail lang un at matagal dadating. TY!

i think this is a good thing because first youre sponsorship was approved and that is why they no longer need your communication logs, and yes i am assuming too that its an administrative thing. i was kind of hoping they would do the same for us so that all the stuff we sent to prove the legitimacy of the relationship be returned. We sent a lot and those are really important to us, but then again we would give it up it that means her visa will be approved and we can be together.

On ecas does your status show as "in process" already for the permanent residence app?

great thanks for the info - unfortunately I left our letter back in Canada with the client ID (im now in the Phils for work) so not able to check ECAS> we were just usprised that it was Mississauga that was sending back the communication doc's as our understanding was that they would just do the sponsorship approval and then everything would be shipped to Manila for review - we took it to mean a) we provided enough that they were comfortable with genuinitey, b) they scanned it all or c) worst case scenario - cheers

you have to get someone to give you that client ID. just so you can monitor it yourself, everyone here checks it everyday

  Hello everyone . I have been following up Re: Spouse / Family Class Timeline in Manila Office for quite some time  now and I must admit that reading all your posts here , have helped a lot in preparation for our sponsorship application. My husband , who is the owner of this account, made it for us so we can be updated. I got excited when someone gets DM and feel also concerned for those who have been waiting for a couple of months now.

Hopefully after a month or so we can hear some news from Mississauga regarding the sponsorship approval of my husband. As of the moment, I am enjoying reading and sometimes get carried away with those who are missing their loveone' .

hello ghelbheng06, it's me fil_love_can again... wow! we mailed our pp on the same date... i also mailed mine thru LBC earlier today(with the personal history and advisory of marriages"CRS Form no. 5).

another great thing... i mailed my requested docs at the same add that you sent your docs too. i tried to sent it to the address with P.O Box but LBC agent told me that they doesn't accept any P.O Box addressed docs.

Sorry for not responding your last post for me. I had a crazy net connection yesterday.
now.... we're both waiting... hopefully... good news may come for both of us... God bless...

i agree as well! this forums help me a lot when waiting for the decision to be made for my wife's passport. now we enter another phase, waiting for them to return the passport.... lol.

Hi guys,

Do our spouse need to fill-up Spouse Name and put our name(Sponsor) under Additional Family Information (IMM 5406) or just leave it blank since we are sponsoring them? It confuses me. Your help is greatly appreciated. Thank you!

cant remember anymore kulilit sorry. but check the guide on the application kit. it tells you specifically what you need for that form. the additional family info was requested by the embassy in manila for me as well. i dont know why.. we submitted it initially to CPC-mississauga.

Hi Kulilit, i checked the form again so i can help you.

First line applicant: so your name
2nd line: your spouse's name
so yes both your names should appear there.

and just be careful when signing the document. the first signature says "i certify that I DO NOT have a spouse.. etc.

DO NOT SIGN THAT because you are obviously married right? i think kaya pina resubmit samin ng asawa ko yan is because the first time we submitted it, she signed that part. usually kasi when filling up forms basta may "signature" pirma nalang tayo ng pirma eh. so be careful lang not to sign that.

if wala kang anak you will only sign that form twice. one for section B and one for section C.
