may question po ako....nag request sila ng divorce certificate sa asawa ko...kase yung pinadala namin copy lang ano kaya ang ipapadala namin ung original ba or yung copy na na notarize ng lawyer

------------------ hi eeyore, nag submit ka na ba nung una tapos nag request sila ulet? kasi diba sa checklist it should be CERTIFIED COPY. as far as i know, everytime they ask to submit add'al docs (pertaining to divorce) eh CERTIFIED copy what's your timeline pala late december 2010 kami nagpadala ng application then jan 06 nakapasa sa sponsor asawa ko then feb 07 2011 narecieved ng manila ung application namin then ngaun dumating yung ppr saka ung additional documents oo nagpadala na kami dati ng divorce certificate pereo xerox lang sya.....bale may representative kami kaya sa kanila dumating yung letter...may pipirmahan pa ba na iba pag narecieved mo yung ppr |

Mga sis/bro...anyone here got visa? mga kasabay ko nagsubmit Feb 22??haay frustrating kasi i cannot access my E-cas..why?
I talked to my friend this morning nasa winnipeg na sya...bkait sya pinadalhan ng embassy sticker ( barcode) when she submitted her passport?

chancy,, yes im still waiting for the visa..bakit natagalan k pag pasa ng pasport mo kc ako ngstart u procesing nila ng documents ko d2 sa manila office dec 30 pa dec 28 nila n rcv u pasport ko.. hiningi nila sakin u advisory of marriage tska u pasport..sana naman wla n cla hingiin at ibalik na nila u passport + visa.. |

Oo nga eh..kasi may hingi sila 2x sa amin na documents sa side ng husband ko..the 2nd time nasa Phils husband ko for our church wedding ( Civilly Married kami June 2011) then nga pa church kami Jan 8,2011...kaya pabalik pa lang nya ng canada nya na comply requirements then sunod sunod naman ng feb ay naprocess nila lahat...Feb 22 ako nakapagpasa ng passport..sa friend ko dati less than a month ay nakuha nya ang visa nya..bakit kaya matagal ngyon? its my 22nd day since i submitted my passport |

-------- hi again eeyore, oh so photocopy lang pala pinadala nyo initially no wonder they requested for a certified one. In my case as well as foreverlove's the embassy requested an add'al doc so you might want to get your hubby's divorce petition/application ready in case hingin. we got the request few days after PPR, just so you know together with the ppr, appendix A lang naman ang fi fill out mo tapos send a copy of the letter. Goodluck, alam ko nakakainip kase yan nararamdaman ko but we have no choice but to wait patiently |

IN PROCESS? wala nakalagay? Decision Made lang ( sa husband ko) tsaka yung Application received lang ang nakalagay..nagtataka nga ko at nabura ang medical received ko..haay....ang hirap mag antay.....sa side ng asawa ko hingi di ko alam exactly tawag pero sa work nya...sa side ko may nakalimutan ako pirmahan na wala pa ko anak... ang hirap mag antay...ikaw pala ay dec pa nagpass passport akala ko pag kinuha na ay mabilis na...bakit ganun... |

tama ka mahirap mag hintay..nawala din u medical result have been rcv nung sakin pro sabi nila normal lng yon pg nAG uuprade cla ng system.. di ko alam n decision made n u sa asawa ko pro alam ko nung na approve cya eh DM nakalagay nov yta yon..
den kya cguro wla pang start processing ur papers eh bka di pa nila n rcv u 2nd document n hiningi sau cguro lang yan ha! bsta madali n lang yan tgnan mo at isang araw at dadating n lang yan... ano ano b u mga hiningi sau documents nung 1st at 2nd..

nareceive na nila yung 2nd docs naminlast Jan 27..na track namin sa courier...sa side ng husband ko lahat ang hingi sa akinay wala naman...then Feb 17 sabay kami pinadalhan that my husband met the requirements to sponsor and my side passport and appendix A & Personal history...then till now no update yet.  |
