hi chanci, basta ba nasubmit na ng hubby mo lahat ng kulang na docs eh im sure d na ibabalik un so from the date na nareceive nla ung docs wait ka lang ng mga 1mth minsan earlier pa nga for the approval of sponsorship then your hubby will receive a letter from cpc-m. then 2nd step na nun which is the processing of your pr here in manila and ung processing depende rin kung completo docs na isinubmit nyo mabilis lang sometimes it takes only 3mths but kung may kulang papadalhan ka naman ng letter ng cem for addtl docs un ang nakakadelay ng processing. lets just hope and pray na kaagad na natin makuha visa natin:)

hi everyone...
first of all congratulations to all who recently got their visa..lucky you guys!
anyone here who got their documents back 2x or 3x? coz we got our documents back 2x for lacking requirements on mu hubby's side( Mu hubby is my sponsor from Calgary)
We checked on line that they got our application last jan 27, 2011..then i just checked the cic website that documents received Jan 20, 2011 is now on process...tingin nyo po malapit na jan 27? nakakainip na po.coz we first submitted our doc Oct 2010 and the second return na submit na last Jan ..then yun nga po received nila ng Jan 27....
everytime i read the threads and updates nabubuhayan ako...pero at the same kinakabahan sana hindi na nila ibalik ang docs namin....pls give me some idea po how long usually? civilly married kami june 2010 and recently jan 8, 2011 church wedding namn...
thank you in advance...
hindi na cguro ibabalik yan sa inyo kasi matagal na since na received nila yong papers nio tsaka sa 2nd time na binalik yong docs nio cguro namn na check na nila yon and wala na lacking...malamang pina process na din yan nila kaya lang hindi natin masabi kasi case to case basis din ang pg process nila...jaz keep on praying na may update kana soon as possible...Godbless..  |

si foreverlove po ito pasencya na ako ung nagreply bka kc busy c filipina now dating ng hubby nya 5-7 days bago makuha ung aom Ay mali sorry hindi ko kasi tinignan eh hehehe....salamat foreverlove. Cge kuha nko sa monday better na yung maagap para submit nalang kagad to avoid delay. Very kind nyo talaga kaya maraming nainganyo sa thread na to very helpful. |

hindi po ako makapag sabi ng exact kung kelan kasi case to case po ang process like saken 3 months lang yun sa hubby ko kasi wala naman naging problema isang beses lang sya naka receive sa manila ng letter yung PPR nga nung Jan4 then na DM sya ng Feb 8 then dumating visa nung feb17. wala naman kasi kulang na kaya mabilis. tumatagal talaga ang papers kung incomplete ang pinasa mo and kung d sila satisfied hihinge pa sila ng proof. ano ba ang timeline mo? lagi ko nga sinasabi maraming sabit mas matagal u know what i mean like pag yung isa eh may dating asawa bubusisiin pa nila yun madami questions need nila history so kaya natagal, yung iba naman hiwalay sa unang asawa tapos may anak yung custody naman ang nagiging problema, kung kulang naman papers mo yun din ang isa nag papatagal kasi bago pa sila mag response e months ang tinatagal, and kung hindi pa sila satisfied sa proof hihinge pa sila ng proof, kung galing nman sa ibang bansa kailangan naman ng police clearance sa country na pinangalingan e minsan matagal kumuha nun like yung iba 6 months kaya dun palang natagal na. kaya dapat before ipasa yung mga ganung bagay pag iisipan na imean lahat ng pwede ipasa ipasa na, yung possible na hihingen ibigay na para isang buklatan nalang sila kung sa tingen mo eh meron ka pa hindi na sama sa history mo ipasa na hehe.. ako from the start na nag pasa detalyado talaga kasi single mom ako ng nag punta d2 naiwan ko ang dadi ng baby ko dpa kame kasal kaya full detailed na ginawa ko kung bakit d sya nakasama samen ganun. explain lang maige kung sa tingen mo naman eh complete na sau mabilis nalang din yan. gudluck sayo Hi filipina! Parang sa tingin ko we almost have the same scenario. I came here with our children but iniwan ko muna ang daddy nila sa pinas. I came here as independent immigrant...Siguro d sila convince sa mga explanations ko...mukhang marere-do na asawa ko ng medical nya kc march 4 expiration...til now wala pa news...March ang ika-9th month ng papel nya sa pinas...Hindi ko alam kung anong proof ang gusto nila when in fact asawa ko naman ang ama ng mga anak ko and we are both single bago kami nagpakasal 2 years ago... |
