@ Filipina hello po... sana po mabigyan nio po kami ng opinion regarding po sa status ng application po namin, medyo bother lang po kc kami ng hubby ko, nagpost po ako a few days ago ung about po sa payment po ng resident fee namin. naforward na po kc dito sa Manila embassy ung cnfirmation ng resident fee namin last Jan.20 na base po sa mississauga nung naginquire po ang hubby ko dun. may idea po ba kau mga how long po namin wait ung visa to be issue, plan ko na din po kc magresign sa work and if ma-issue po ang visa, plan po namin ng hubby ko na fly kami ng daughter ko by April. hope to hear from u soon po. thanks po... Smiley ***hi po Ms. Filipina, thanks po sa response ninyo...  Eto po ung timeline namin: August - Submitted our application package without the payment for resident fee.. September - Started processing from Mississauga October - processing in Manila (request for passport and personal history as well as the Advisory of Marriage November - Request again for Advisory of Marriage through email, mali po kc ang naibigay ko embassy coz nagkaron po ako ng cofusion regarding sa Marriage Cert and Advisory of Marriage. That month, naipass ko na din po ung advisory of marriage na hinihingi ng embassy. Kaya po delay na agad application namin.  December - requested for the payment of resident fee through online payment (Canada).. Dec.19,2010 paid the resident fee. The following day pass na po ni hubby ung receipt sa Mississauga. January - i got a letter from embassy Manila that they are requesting for the payment of resident fee.. because of this confusion, since my hubby paid it last december, my hubby called CIC-M to verify the payment, and they told hubby that Jan.20, they already forwarded the confirmation to Manila. I also sent a copy of the receipt here in Manila Embassy. February - waiting for the issuance of visa.. So far la naman po hinigi na ibang papers smin ang embassy except for the advisory of marriage and personal history form coming from them.. sana nga po dumating na ang visa this february para po makaresign na me sa work and we are planning by April po kami fly ng daughter ko. i see kaya ka pala tumagal kasi dami kulang, pero cguro last na yan medyo tagal na nga. pray lang po  |

Anu pagkakaiba ng Marriage Cetificate sa Advisory of Marriage? Annuled ako sa previous marriage ko we're separated for 10 years already when the annulment was granted on 2009. Need pa ba magsubmit ng history ng previous marriage?

@ cynch05 advisory of marriage - it is a certification issued by the National Statistics Office (NSO) nakarecord sa kanila na kasal ka at sino ung asawa kung baga sa single ang equivalent nun ung cenomar marriage certificate naman is the official record that two people have undertaken a marriage ceremony eto ung after ng wedding ung pinipirmhan regarding sa history ang alam ko oo mag papass ka pa din para makita nila na annulled ka na ) @ chie-chie dont worry visa na yan kase nagbayad ka nanaman ng landing fee eh ang problem lang talaga eh late kase kayo nagbayad kaya natagal ) |

@ mrs.vip @ chie-chie dont worry visa na yan kase nagbayad ka nanaman ng landing fee eh ang problem lang talaga eh late kase kayo nagbayad kaya natagal thanks po mrs.vip, we are really hoping na visa na po un... kaya nga po eh nadelay coz of payment, maybe kung nakasama na sa package ung bayad sa resident fee, nagka visa na po cguro kami... wait na lang po namin... |

I agree to mrs. vip, bout sa ex husband gawa kalang ng history yung start na naging kau and reason kung bakit nag kahiwalay and lagay mo ang status nyo ngaun kung nasan na yung guy kung may ibang family na din ba and kung may anak kung anu ang kasunduan. |

So just in case manghihingi ba sila ng advisory of marriage katunayan na married ako sa 2nd husband ko? D ba enough yung marriage contract? |

hi everyone... im new here... happy inspired naman ako sa thread na to.... waiting for my visa din po ako.... i received my PPR last Dec. 16, 2010 dated Dec. 3, 2010.... kaya lang po Dec. 27 ko na po na send via LBC.... sana po dumating na din yung visa ko very soon... namiss ko na hubby ko sobra.... congrats po sa mga natanggap na yung visa nila... May God Bless Us All.... thank po sa gumawa ng thread na to....  very helpful... ang nakakagaan ng loob pag nababasa ko mga experience nyo.... |

hi everyone...
first of all congratulations to all who recently got their visa..lucky you guys!
anyone here who got their documents back 2x or 3x? coz we got our documents back 2x for lacking requirements on mu hubby's side( Mu hubby is my sponsor from Calgary)
We checked on line that they got our application last jan 27, 2011..then i just checked the cic website that documents received Jan 20, 2011 is now on process...tingin nyo po malapit na jan 27? nakakainip na po.coz we first submitted our doc Oct 2010 and the second return na submit na last Jan ..then yun nga po received nila ng Jan 27....
everytime i read the threads and updates nabubuhayan ako...pero at the same kinakabahan sana hindi na nila ibalik ang docs namin....pls give me some idea po how long usually? civilly married kami june 2010 and recently jan 8, 2011 church wedding namn...

hello, chanci.. ako, once nabalik yung papers ko coz hindi ko na include ang green form ng medical ko..hehe don't worry f complete na and okay na lahat ng documents mu madali na lng yan.. usually if u got lucky like sa mga ka forum natin, 3-4 months lang from the tym dat nag apply cla.. but for me it's been 5 months na..huhu let's keep praying.. hopefully mag DM na din tayo..Godbless |

hi cynch,bka kc hingin din sayo ung aom nung ako kinuha ko na before ko pa nareceive letter ko for ppr and un nga they requested for aom din so nkaready na cya nun,pwede ka na kumuha 195pesos lang un sa nso tell mo kuha ka aom isa lang kc ung form na gnagamit pag kumukuha ng aom at cenomar,kung single ka cenomar bbgay sayo pero kung married kna aom at lilitaw dun kung knino ka kinasal,dpa talaga enough ung marriage contract kc dun lilitaw talaga kung kanino ka talaga knasal well you have nothing to worry naman kung annulled na ung first marriage mo.
