Hi everyone...this is my first time logging in on this site.. im so glad my friend suugested this site so i have an idea on the process... My hubby is from Calgary.. we had our civil wedding last June 10,2010. We did our civil wedding first for us to process our papers in advance...and recently we had our church wedding last Jan 8,2011. My hubby first submmited our documents last Nov 2010 unfortunately i missed one signature and he needs to submit another documents..and he sent it again to embassy.. Dec 2010 while he was in the phils he received a letter again asking for another documents...Jan 27,2011 when we track the documents it was received already...I always trying to log in at cic.gc.com and check the application status on the right top corner of the site. it was indicated that the documents received Jan 13 is now on process.... Pls guys give me an idea how long will i take...nad one more thing, April 2010 when i was still single i applied for tourist visa to visit him to calgary but visa refused bec of my status ( single) would it affect our application? ( Hope not). Pls give me some idea...coz very depressing that we got our documents back twice due to lacking requirements...pls try to cheer me up... Thank you in advance |

ohh i see same day na nag inprocess naman hubby ko sa ecas hehe.. sana naman samen na ang sunud hehe.. babayad kang surcharge fee and terminal fee = 750 lahat then kung sa ticket mo d pa bayad ang tax 1650 po yata yun. |

welcome to the thread...your refusal on tourist visa would not affect your sponsorhsip application...dont worry we have the same case and i was refused too last aug2010...hehe..
