Please be advised that we have not received your medical results which apparently you have taken on October 14, 2010 at the Nationwide Health System Dvo, Inc. under Cinderela P. Baruiz, MD.
 
Kindly follow-up your medical results with Nationwide Health System Dvo, Inc. and request that these results be sent to our office asap.

i felt so disappointed coz until now hindi pa napapadala sa embassy yung medical result ko.. matagal na akong nag follow-up and they told me na sent na daw.. did anybody had same situation with me? what can i do 2 make sure that ma send nila ang medical ko?? pls.. help thanks..

Puntahan mo po ang nationwide and ipabasa mo yang letter na yan dapat talga na send na nila yan sa embassy check mo mabuti then sabihin mo baka pwede ka makahinge ng copy or prrof na na-send na nila para mag response ka sa embassy. ask mo din kung sino ang nag receive sa embassy kailangan may name then kung mag response ka sa embassy ilagay mo ang name nung nag received.

I am annuled to my previous marriage and married to a Canadian. I had 3 kids ages 30, 29 and my youngest is 21 na isasama ko.  Nabasa ko sa ibang post na may mga hinihingi pang additional docs. My question is are they going to ask for NBI clearance also for my 2 kids na adult? I need to know kasi my eldest will be leaving for Malaysia the next day.

alam ko kailangan pa din po nila mag underfo ng medical lang pero NBI d na po kailangan kung hindi naman po sasama.

yes all who are above 18yrs old have to submit nbi clearance ,nso birth certificate,cenomar and completed schedule 1 and additional family information for each of them either accompanying or not.

BAKIT? what happened to your medical results if NHS said they've sent it? doon din ako nagpa medical and my ecas states that they have received my medical results. Nagpamedical ako around september 2010...

I think NHS have a copy of our medical results... tama yung sabi ni filipina, call the clinic or better yet go to the clinic (i know it's more than 8 hours of travel by land) pero you hafta do what you got to do. T_T

i have  also a son age 20 and they requested me to submit those addtl documents i've mentioned. Btw he's not accompanying me.

Oh yeah yung youngest ko na kasama ko 21 y/o ngsubmit ako ng lahat ng reqs nya...I just talked to my hubby just now sabi nya d na daw kasama yung mga adult na married na since they are no longer dependent child. Yung sa mga dependent child whether accompanying or not kailangan kasi for future sponsorship under family class.

So kanina tinawagan nang embassy yung hubby ko pero d nya nakuha yung twag kasi naglalunch sya by the time bumalik sya may missed call sya galing sa embassy.
Tinawagan nya yung embassy sabi nang operator "we will call you again".

Any thoughts? kung bakit sya tinawagan...ano kaya yun interview or more docs required or call lang to confirm kng napadala nya na yung passport nya at required docs?

hi maybe you could ask a certification from nationwide that your medical results had been forwarded to the embassy stating the date and the person who sent it also the person who received it.

Ontario ako...hay! nakakainip maghintay. May ask pala ako di ba may notification ang CPCM once na nareceived na nila apli form? Sent namin nung Jan. 18 pero la kami letter natangap. Pano namin malalaman in process na apli namin?

I think you need to ask Nationwide to call or email the embassy that they already sent the result to the embassy then para macheck nila yung files nila.
