your husband was sponsored as a dependant I think when he first come to canada right? baka yun ang point nila? me asawa na pala pero bakit d nya declare. that could be a double edge sword. i believe you cannot sponsor a married dependant. baka yun ang point nila?

yes my husband acquired his pr because of his parents. sabay sabay nila na acquire yung pr. and yes he was declared as single. pero during the time na umalis sya. we are not married yet. mag bfgf pa lang kame, it so happened lang na we lived together, pero its with our friends and co workers para narin sa trabaho and it lasted for a year, he was not aware na active pa yung application nila, but to cut it short, we are in a relationship during the time he landed pero we are not yet married. we were unaware na common law set na pala yung set up namin to think na we are just boardmates eh. the only difference is we are together. yun. in fact, umuuwi kame kanya kanyang parents pag rest days. so they thought na i was an undeclared family member dahil iam the common law partner daw. pero we all thought na, i was not really a family member by then kase mag bfgf pa lng naman kame non so why declare and examine me diba? plus the fact na we hardly see each other noon dahil sa work. the fact na nakakainis is that, we did all the legal things we should do para ma sponsor na nya ko to start our life jan. pero they were blocking us because we were on the sa apartment for a year.. haha super nakakainsulto sila. ang sakit.

sana pwede rin kasuhan ang mga taga embassy hahaha kapag ngkamali sila sa pgdedesisyon...npkasimple lng nmn nun kung titingnan ang importante nman kung totoo at genuine yung relationship nyo d b...anung silbi FAMILY REUNIFICATION kung idedeny nila sa gnung simpleng dahilan....kung tutuusin nga the fact na 1 year kyo ngsama  dpat plus factor na yun dahil talagang may pingsamahan kayo ...hindi ka ngpakasal dhil gusto mo lng mging permanent resident d b....unfair tlga life pero keep on praying  im sure maaprove din yun ...

sabi ng asawa ko, sana ikaw na lng yung immigration officer. kase naiintindihan mo yung case namin. hindi by the book like them. i just dont understand why cant they see that there's always an exemption to every rule.. it kills me so much. i hate it.

i feel for u. Make sure u clear to them them next time u get a chance or the mp. that you guys are not common law  @  that time just bf and gf only. kasi common law in canada is the same as married couple with out the wedding ceremony. gudluck po sa MP im pretty sure he/she will be able to help.

d nman kse uso yang common law status na yan  sa facebook at friendster walang ngang gnyn na status hahahahaha..... saka pag finile na common law yung status for sure katakot takot ng evidence hahanapin nila ... ;)swertihan lng din kse tlga minsan....

Thanks auditman.. ako nga, i hate the feeling like im so useless kase wala akong magawa, but im lucky to have my in laws and my husband's relative jan sa Canada, they are planning to help us get our lawyer and to get in touch sa MP. all i can do now is pray, and pray hard.. faith yun lang  ang pinanghahawkan ko now.

girl may point ka.. wla naman kaseng ganyan dito sa pinas eh at base sa mga nababasa ko 0% chance ang meron ka if your sponsored as a common law partner.. see, its so contradicting diba? pauso kase yang mga Canadian na yan eh,, hehe!
