sis ganyan din ako nung June sabi ng MP namin for eligibility na lang lahat passed naman. Tomorrow expiration ng medicals ko di na namin kinukulit cem last ng ngemail kami sa kanila 3rd week ng June. Ngayon I'm just trying to enjoy the Philippines ginagawa ko ngbabasa ako ng mga food blogs kasi dream namin ng hubby ko maging food critic kami hehehe tapos pinupuntahan ko yung mga lugar na masasarap ang food eheheh. I'm trying my best to be positive although sometimes super hirap.

sis sure yan mag redo ka ng medicals mo... pero ayos lang yan atleast alam natin na inaasikaso nila mahirap yun wala ka talagang idea about our applications... sana magka visa na tayo! Its More In The Philippines!

Sorry late reply I just got home from School . Kaya nga eh may mga 2012 Applicant na ang nagkakaron ng Visa ganun talaga kasi case to case basis. Wait nalang muna tayo dadating din yan for sure more Prayers para sa ating lahat.

Hello guys. Kakasabmit ko lang po ng Passport, NBI and etc. namin via courier kahapon. May idea ba kau kung ilang months po ang hihintayin bago maibalik ung passport for issuing our VISA? salamat po. Godbless satin lahat. )

Case to case basis yan kung ang Application nyo ay straight forward, kumpleto ang forms at documents,  di lumabas o tumira abroad for morethan 6months mabilis magkaka Visa.

Some factors affecting the timeline: (it's case to case basis)

i.      visa officer handling the application,
ii.     complete application package submitted,
iii.    compliance on additional document requested,
iv.    relationship history, background check, criminal/security check
v.     proofs submitted to show the relationship is genuine

Case to case basis din yan meron dito sa forum tinawagan lang ng CEM yung Applicant to pick up the VIsa sa CEM mismo, meron din thru DHL at mismong DHL ang kokontak sa Applicant for pick up or idenedeliver mismo sa mailing address ng Applicant.

Hi guys, question lang po, anu ba correct email ng CEM kasi I want to update yung current mailing adress ko sa ecas..last time na nag email ako na nag follow-up ng application status sa RE-MANIL.IMMIGRATION @ international.gc.ca pero wala naman reply, that was June 22....December 2011 applicant ako, nag appear lang current mailing address ko last June 8, still application received and medical results received pa rin..Thanks..

Dec 2011 applicant din kami but as soon as I heard na may mga 2012 applications na na-approve, I immediately contacted my MP here.  Heto ang sagot sa akin:

As you know, the application was received in December 2011; however it was not physically received in Manila until February 2012.  As there is an 8-month average processing time for applications in Manila this application falls well within the usual processing time-line.

All background verifications have been completed and as you probably also know is the medicals are complete and valid until December 9, 2012.

The average time-line for processing would bring the application to completion around October.  But we are suggesting that if you have received no further word by the middle of September, please contact our office and we in turn will contact CIC to ensure the application is moving forward.

September seems a long time pero wala naman magagawa kundi maghintay and I will definitely follow up pag wala pa rin balita by that time.

hello, got our GCMS notes today and share ko lang sa inyo ung dates and "flow" ng process so far. Our ecas still says Application Received but they have done some initial screening na. Pero Eligibility, security and criminality assessment not started pa din.

4/25/12  File number created

4/26/12  Welfare check req'd for sponsor. CSCD to be entered upon receipt of results

5/1/12    welfare check rec'd, no records. All other eligibility reqmts are met. Eligibility Decision emailed to sponsor

5/9/12    File received in Manila fropm CPC by Fedex on May 8 2012. AOR/ DOC Request sent. Medical review passed. File referred to PA review team for Initial Screening Review.

5/24/12  DOCS RCVD 18May2012. Ppt & ppt photo x PA (details checked)- Appendix A

6/13/12  Electronic Record Check Results: No FOSS Hit. No Previous Record in CAIPS that is not refelcted in FOSS. No prior GCMS record

6/13/12 INITIAL SCREENING: ........... SPONSOR: PR (xxxx/xx/xx) SW1-DEP. See Bxxxxxxxxxx - Previous sponsorships / relationships / children declared: none.  APPLICANT: Identity documents acceptable, no previous marriages and common law partner declared, no dependents, Married on ___ at _____- NSO marriage certificate (original) registered on time, cohabitation xx/xx/xx to xx/xx/xx , relationship docs submitted, on file observations- docs appear sufficient to support relationship. Primary Applicant and SPR met on _____ at _______. SPR was working as ______, PA introduced himself and was able to get SPR's number. Started dating and have met each other's family. Almost same age and have same religious beliefs, marriage attended by both families. BACKGROUND: FOSS and GCMS checks done, no adverse info- Overseas travel - none. Previous records- none. Police certificate/s: NBI issued 19Dec2011- NO RECORD ON FILE. Appears Interview waiver may be warranted.
