Decision Made na nakalagay sa Ecase ko pro wala pa akong PPR marami nagsabi sakin sa forum na to na baka negative DM ito pro wala pang dumarating na sulat, kanina lng after one week lumabas sa Ecase ko ung Mailing Add. ko ano po kaya ibig sabihin nito?

Sorry to bring your hopes down but a visa will never be issued when there is no passport request unless the country you reside in is visa exempt. Kung wala kang ppr, di hiningi passport mo, hintayin mo pa rin ang sulat ng CEM sayo about sa decision. Decision made status is not always positive [lalo na kung walang PPR]. Kailangan yun sa mga applicants from Philippines kasi hindi visa exempt ang Pinas.

We just got a response from our MP.... Our medicals are valid, background checks are finalized, fees have been paid all were waiting for is a decision from our Visa officer (which probably might take forever ). We were advised to follow-up again on September. I don't know what else they need. This is really getting too frustrating

you said frustating? my wife applied in december 2010 and we are waiting to know the decision from the Manila visa office. Now, 19 months!!!!!!!.

nope no changes still the same.....sana sabihin na lang nila kung yes or no para tapos na.

malay mo naman bigla na lang DM yan this month. Na-finalized naman na lahat pala eh. Decision na lang.

Tapos na pala CEM sa lahat-lahat....Hintayin mo lang visa mo... darating na yun for sure.. wait ka lang in a few days or weeks..
Minsan nauuna pa dumating yung visa bago DM sa ecas gaya sa amin. ..

Parehas tayo medyo strict VO namin! Sabi nya sa MP namin na initial screening has been finalized, currently queued for eligibility.and further said it is still within the standard processing time of 12 months from the date received by CEM.9 months na kaya papers ko sa CEM...I was thinking that CEM will give the detailed status after 9months? Am I correct? Or kelangan ba aabot ng 12months to ask the progress of my application? Nakakaloka!!! Pwede ba magpalit ng MP?

Yes po September 2011...application received status ko for a long time na! Sana naman maawa na VO natin...  Sobrang hirap malayo sa mga asawa natin...magconduct nalang sila ng interview kung gusto nila ng mas malinaw ok lang gagastos basta at least makaharap sila at malinawan! kesa nag.antay saka di man lang sasagutin ng tama kung may mga queries..Kung may nais itanong walang sasagot! kung may isasagot di naman malinaw! kung alam lang nila pinagdadaanan natin! Buhay pinag.uusapan dito..di tayo pupunta ng Canada at magbabakasyon lang! Gusto natin makapiling mga asawa natin..magkaanak at magbagong buhay kapiling sila! Reunification Unit!!!  Family Class!!! wth!!! * sorry for ranting here.
