Hello po... New member lang po. Ask ko lang po kc nagpreprepare po ako ngayon lahat ng need na requirements at yong forms para sa sponsorship. Tapos ipadala ko na sa husband ko this end of May. Ask ko lang po yong medical result po ba talagang mahuli yon at yon ay isend ng dr. sa CEM? Or wait ko muna yon at ako ang magpapadala sa husband with the forms/requirements?

hi, san ka nagpa medical? sa st. lukes ako nagpa medical then nakuha ko na rin yung result the same day, mga 3pm and thank God wala ako problem, meaning cleared ako. so the DMP gave me a form, IMM something (sorry forgot the number) na isinama ko ipadala with my application sa hubby ko sa canada, yun ang proof na you already done with your medicals. sabi ng st. lukes, ingatan mabuti kasi if lost, you'll wait for like a year to get another one.  then yung isang copy of this form na maiiwan sa DMP mo is sila na ang magpapadala sa Visa Office.

Hi samjo, you need to take your medical first before sending the documents to your husband otherwise the cic will not process them if they are not complete. Ganyan kasi nangyari sa application NAmin ni hubby, nadelayed ng two months kasi the cic need to wait for the medical forms pa before proceeding for the process.  So make sure you'll get one before sending them to avoid delays :-)

Question pa po, so wait ko tlaga yong medical result and may ibibigay ba sa akin yong dr? Then kasama ng application ko yon na send ko sa hubby ko? And question pa po don sa Appendix B na pictures yon ba yong dadalhin sa pagpapamedical? or iba pa yon?
Nagugulohan po kc ako? or yong sa appendix b pix ay sent din yon kasama ng mga application?

(that's what our friends and relatives in canada told us, "we should wait for the referral", and so we did) surprisingly, just this week thru the help of this forum, i learned that i should have undergone my medical exam first, and include it in our application...

what do we need to do? we've sent our application without my medical exam...

you dont have to wait for medical result ur dmp will give you a form which will be ur proof that you have undergone ur medical (green form) which will be send together with you application, dmp will be the one to send ur medical result in CEM...yes another 8 pictures are required in taking ur medical different from the one ur to cic

hi there! will also ask something about medical exams... my hubby already sent our application to CPC-M last April 25, 2012... but they don't give any replies yet... i think i have the same dilemma... we did not include our medical exams in our applications coz we're expecting that the embassy will send us referral on when and where i should undergo the medical exam... (that's what our friends and relatives in canada told us, "we should wait for the referral", and so we did) surprisingly, just this week thru the help of this forum, i learned that i should have undergone my medical exam first, and include it in our application...

what do we need to do? we've sent our application without my medical exam...

that was the old process....it will cause a long delay if you still have to wait for the request of ur medical

Nope you don't have to wait for the result ang dmp NA magfoforward nun, ang kukunin mo sa kanila young green form NA may pirma ng dmp, yun ang isasama mo sa applications niyo pagsend mo sa hubby mo. Yung mga pictures sa appendix B, 9 yung pictures na required nila isasama mo yun ipapadala sa application niyo, you should bring the photo specifications sa photographer kasi medyo maselan ang cic sa nga photo sizes. Yung picture NA kailangan sa medical depends sa clinic NA pupuntahan mo, nung kami kasi sa comprehensive pulmonary clinic kami nagpamedical, 8 passport size photos ang nirequest nil a sa amin.

Hi! I did the sam mistake din, kasi di ko pa nadidiscover tong forum na to nung nag send kami ng application.  Anyway, just wait na lang for the letter na isesend ng cic sa sponsor mo. Yung sa amin kasi after a month of filing the application my hubby received a letter stating there that they cannot process our application because it is incomplete, then nakalagay dun yung request nila na document/s na missing.  So usually they will give you a month to comply with that, kaya pag nareceived niyo yung letter pa medical kana kagad at ipadala agad sa sponsor mo para maipadala din niya agad dun sa cic.

If you could see my time line at the bottom of my username, makikita mo dun yung date kung kelan namin nareceived yung request letter for medicals. wait niyo na lang yung letter nila, kasi pag nagpa medical ka ngayon tapos isesend niyo sa cic baka magkaron lang ng confusion, at least pag may letter sila alam na nila kung ano yung missing documents mo, ipinapa aatach kasi ng cic yung letter na sinend nila dun sa documents na nirerequest nila pag sinend mo, para siguro hindi sila malito.  hope this will help

The medical referral that you are saying is already included in your application. Maybe those people that you asked regarding medical referrals are under different family class application. It was clearly stated in the application that you have to include the Copy 2 of your medical from your chosen DMP to avoid delay on your application.

You just have to wait for CIC's reply since you already submitted your application. They might send back the application kit to you or your sponsor or just request for the copy of the medical result from your DMP.
