oo nga down lang ang server. according sa mp namin, as of yesterday, passed na daw sa security and medical check ung papers ng husband ko. in queue na daw ung papers for the approval kung genuine ba relationship or not. so nag email daw sya ulit yesterday asking kung everything will be finalized before the date of expiry of his medicals which is June 16. hopefully magreply ang manila visa office agad today. if nothing will be heard from them by may 23, MP will contact manila again.

Grabe naman katagal pagisipan kung genuine ba relationship nyo or hindi. Hindi ba nila nababasa or nakikita sa proof of relationship na pinadala nyo? Kaloka na talaga sila. Anyway, dahil dito, nagdecide akong magemail sa CEM at magattach ng more proof of relationship namen. Gumawa ako ng letter supporting the questionnaire my husband and I filled out. I just presented our relationship's timeline on my letter eventhough we have answered the questions on the questionnaire pretty straightforward. But when I read jaraxle's post, I felt the need to elaborate further so I made this letter and attached some more pictures. Hindi ko na alam kung ano pang proof ang gusto nila para lang maiprove na genuine ang relationship namen na 6 na taon na. When we filed our application, pinadala ko yung mga remittance receipts kasi may savings account kame, postmarked cards, a copy of entry and exit stamp on my pp, my boarding passes, at mga pictures namen together with friends and family. Sana makatulong yung additional info na in-email ko para mabigyan na ng visa ang asawa ko.....Basta lage na lang akong nagppray na sana dumating na ang perfect time!

ewan ko ba.. but sana wala na din interview, approval na lang agad without redoing the medicals. nawala kc ng postal office ung mga proof of relp namin. maybe we were not able to
give them enough proof kc halos pinadala na namin lahat noon sa unang mail. hay! huwag naman sana!

Actually minsan mas better pa pag may interview kasi pag naconvince na ang visa officer na genuine ang relasyon, that very same day makukuha mo na ung passport mo stamped with visa.

Hello mga ka forum...just wanna ask kung sino dito ang naka experience ng late payment of rprf..or nag hintay pa ng request ng cem to pay their rprf?
ilang weeks po kaya ang process ng pag balik ng pp/visa?

hi cjd, na-late ka din ba magbayad ng rprf or babayaran nyo pa lang... ako late na din nabayaran ng sponsor ko rprf pero hindi na kami nagantay ng request from CEM, basta binayaran na lang din to avoid delays. wala pa din naman ako narereceive na letter from CEM about rprf mula nung nag-PPR ako so siguro ok na din yun. sana nga maging mabilis processing applications natin at maibalik agad pp with visa.

Hi adanac actually bayad na cya last april 14 pa..i really wanted to pay for it ahead kaso ayaw ng rep (a lawyer hired by my husband.) namin sabi nung lawyer wait na lang daw yung request kaya yun last april 14 lang nabayaran ni hubby..now im getting worry about it baka nga umabot ng 2 mos. as other says eh june 25 ang expiry ng med ko....

Hi everyone! My hubby just arrived yesterday (May 9). Thank God at safe ang byahe nya. Umalis sya sa Pinas ng 11:30 am via PAL and he arrived at Shanghai China around 3:05pm. Since 2 hours lang ang stop over time nya doon medyo nag worry kami kasi kailangan pa nya kunin yung baggge nya and check-in ulit. At eto pa.. Late dumating ang baggage nila sa China so medyo naghintay pa sila. Once he got all his bags, nagmadali na sya mag check-in dahil baka maiwan ng flight. Buti na lang at umabot sya. The plane departed from Shanghai China at 5:10 pm via Air Canada. He was supposed to arrive here at Toronto around 6:55 pm but the flight was delayed due to heavy rain. So he arrived at 7:20 pm. Sabi nya saglit lang daw sa immigration and customs at wala masyadong tanong sa kanya. Ang matagal lang ay ang pila dahil napakahaba at ang daming tao. Finally nakalabas sya ng airport around 8:45 pm. Worth it pa din ang paghihintay dahil ngayon ay magkasama na kami ng hubby ko. So far sa first day nya dito nakakuha na kami ng SIN nya and he opened his bank account. Tomorrow we'll try to get OHIP and pasyal pasyal ofcourse

Sa mga naghihintay pa po dont worry at dadating na din ang Visa nyo soon.. Just have more patience and faith in God..

Wow! Congrats to your hubby anndc89. so happy for you reuniting with your husband, hayyy kami kaya kelan naman kami marereunite with our husbands, feel sooo sad, it's our first wedding anniversary today, but we are celebrating it apart...napaka importante pa naman ng mga first ocassions sa ating mga pinoy.  sana lang di abutin ng 2nd year anniversary bago mag decide ang VO, miss na miss ko na hubby ko, sana umulan ng visas next week and kasama na sana ako dun

sa mga magcecelebrate ng first year anniversary nila na malayo sa kanilang spouses, gawa na lang kayo ng very touching video at ipadala niyo sa mga love ones niyo just like what i did, it will make your spouses less sad and at the same time you have something that you could always look back and laugh about

My God! an hour and a half later the DHL office called me for asking where specifically my place in Cebu. I think I got my Visa already!!! wohooo!!! I was shaking and pretty excited, I could jump for joy! I couldnt explain how happy I am now. But the thing is an hour and a half later they stilll didnt found my place yet. I am getting worried about that now.


Anybody here please help me with these questions?
1.) Is it possible that the CEM is sending the VIsa together with my passport usng the DHL? Is it possible that its just a plain letter for another document request?

2.) If I get my visa what should I do before I travel?

3.) what should I do after I landed?

Please please anybody help me with these info's?

Hi there! Can I ask what does your hubby did before his flight? Like preparations? Can u share it with me? I got my Visa today. What did ur hubby did when he landed? WHat did he do in the Embassy?
Im just excited and I want to be ready if I get my travel schedule. Hope u can help me with these matters.!

Me and my hubby is confused whether or not the CEM will send a kit to my hubby and he will sent it back to me? Does the CEM actually sent your passport with the visa stamped to you directly? Because on the CIc website it says something about that the CEM will gonna send a kit to your sponsor and then ur sponsor is gonna sent it to you.

I was just confused about this information. Anybody can help me with these matter, I would really much appreciated it.

According sa mga previous post dito it's either they will send your passport with visa, copr, submitted docs or they will ask u to pick it up. Sometimes din yung passport with visa and copr lang matatangap mo. Yung dun sa friend ko pinapick-up sa kanya sa RCBC, around almost 2 hours kami ngwait. Tapos pagbaba nya dalawang envelope hawak nya yung isa containing her passpoer with visa and copr, yung isa yung mga docs and proof that they submitted.

Hi poh! Ano po ba ung COPR? Kasi tumawag ung tga DHL sa akin tinatanong sa akin specific address ko. Na eexcite na nga ako eh. Can't help myself to jump for joy!! weeeeee!! Im so excited!

There are cases where CEM returns all the documents together with the passport with visa and copr... But there also cases like ours where they do not return the documents, they only send the passport with visa and COPR or Confirmation of Permanent Residence form.
