Do you have any clue bakit ang tagal ng visa mo? Common law ba, conjugal or spousal application mo? May dependents? Previously married? One year validity ng meds. Baka magrequest ang CEM ng re-med sayo. Best if you tell your sponsor to contact your MP..or fill out an authorization to release information para malaman mo status ng application mo, yung CAIPS na tinatawag....

hi guys, am new here. we are planning to submit our application by next week. my question is, magkakaroon ba ng problem if previously married? i was married and got annulled na rin prior marrying my husband. so will my previous marriage affect our application?

sakin kasi isa lang nakikita ko... last december may nareceived ako letter (dated nov 9)from CEM additional medical test. so punta agad ako dmp ko and ginawa ko yung test.. napasa med result ko nung feb 6.. at tinawagan ko ulit st lukes kahapon kung pinadala nga.. oo naman daw so yun. Citizen asawa ko, no previews marriages, no kids...  

hi samjean78, ok lang ba malaman kung ano additional med test ang hinigi sayo ng CEM through their letter?

May Question lana po regarding APPENDIX A

3 po kami na nag-aapply, me and my two toddlers
ilang copy po ang kailangan i-submit?
ang ginawa ko po kasi,

1 copy : I filled up na Ako po yung Nasa First Column then filled up ko yung boxes for the spouse, and child 1 and 2 *complete*
1 copy :  Yung name naman po nung Child 1 ko sa First Column
1 copy :  Yung name naman po nung Child 2 ko sa first Column
all in all... 3 copies po yung sinubmit ko
so, kelangan po ba, nag-fill up din po ako ng 1 pa para naman sa information naman ng Husband (Sponsor) or no need na?
kasi sabi po, for EACH of the family members, accompanying or not, so nag-worry po ako kung dapat pati si husband ginawan ko ng copy.
Or enough na po na I filled up 1 copy with all the necessary information?
Enlighten me po, bigla naman akong nag-worry.

What a long day lol, but it ended with a good massage, parlor and good food lol. No pinapick up sa kanya visa nya kasi daw kapag iDHL baka di na daw umabot imagine lumuwas talaga sya from Butuan to get it buti nakakuha sya na flight for monday ang nakakatawa pa ayaw pa sana ibigay ng cem yung visa kasi hindi pa daw ready yung copr sa monday na nga lang nakiusap na lang kami kasi sinabihan sya ipick up and she needs to leave before May 3  tapos May 1 is a holiday ano inexpect nila MAGIC?? Na lahat magawa yun at makaalis sya before May 3 if ever sa monday pa nila ibibigay nghintay kami almost 2 hours dun grabe talaga ginawa ng CEM sa kanila. Sana lang wag na nila gawin sa iba. Toxic talaga

NO. As long as you provided the annulment certificate of finality of decision or court decision sa application mo..   IF not then, that would be a problem...

Grabe naman yung situation ng friend mo... Sana naka prepare na sya lahat and everything para lilipad na lang sya... Sana naka kuha na rin sya ng flight..

Para po sa mga nagtatanong about sa seminar share ko na lang po sa inyo itong info na binigay ko kay mistletoes

CFO is not a seminar, name lang sya ng association Commission on Filipinos Overseas. Anyway, if you go to their website www.cfo.gov.ph, dalawang seminar ang binibigay nila under PDOS/Registration:

A. Filipinos Leaving the Country with Immigrant Visa (if the sponsor is holding a PR card only)
B. Filipino Spouses and Partners of Foreign National (if the sponsor is Canadian Citizen either by birth or naturalized)

Kapag Permanent Resident (PR) ang status ng asawa sa Canada dun dapat sa A. You have to attend the Pre-departure Orientation Seminar (PDOS) or the Peer Counseling Seminar which is a special session for those with ages 13 to 19 years. After nag seminar ay pwede na kumuha ng CFO sticker.

Kapag Canadian Citizen ang asawa dun dapat sa B. Ang kailangan ma-accomplish ay makuha ang Guidance and Counseling Certificate (GCC) and the CFO sticker. That kind of seminar ay ginagawa sa dalawang offices, meron sa:

1) St. Mary Euphrasia Foundation-Center for Overseas Workers (SMEF-COW)
2) People's Reform Initiative for Social Mobilization, Inc. (PRISM).

According to raniloc it's better na dun sa SMEF-COW na office punta kasi may extension na din ng CFO office dun so after ng seminar for Guidance Counseling Session and pag nabigay na nila yung Guidance Counseling Certificate (GCC) na kailangan, derecho na dun sa katabing office nila which is yung CFO nga para mabigyan ka na nila ng CFO sticker. Kasi isa sa mga requirements ng mga spouse para makuha yung CFO sticker ay yung GCC mo.

Mababasa dyan lahat ng mga requirements na dapat dalin and yung time ng sessions nila. Since 7:30 am ang start ng registration nila, dapat mas agahan kasi minsan may mga nakapila na agad at para matapos agad in one day lahat ng dapat ayusin.

Natapos na ng asawa ko yung sa kanya last week and dahil maaga sya doon it only took him few hours to accomplish everything. Dont forget din na sabihing Canadian Citizen ang asawa nyo at Canadian Passport holder sila dahil medyo magulo kausap yung parang receptionist dun at kinailangan pa na tawagan ko sila.
