Hi guys ngayon ko lang po nabasa mga post nyo dito dahil nagreview ako for exams and nakita ko na madami na din may DM and change of address so ngayon na nasa school ako di ako mapakali and i checked ecas.. nag change na din address ng hubby ko!! yung address po sa dito sa Canada yung nakalagay.. sobrang saya ko po!! sana good news na next week and tuloy tuloy na sa DM...let's just keep on praying..  Congratulations po sa lahat ng may DM and update sa ecas.. This is it Guys!! woohoo... |

Thank you for your reply JEFFand JANET. I believe you went through all these visa thing and know the answers for my questions. Before I send I want to make sure and have some questions. As I understood, I should send all applications, documents, criminal record checks, pictures to Canada Immigration office and they will send them back to Beijing visa office after my husband's sponsorship approved??? They will not ask me to send them to Beijing visa office again (coz i have only one copy each of my documents).
2. Should my medical test result be sent to Canada Immigration office or to Beijing office?
I know you did in Manilla office, did a doctor send your medical test to Manilla visa office or to Canada immigration office?
Please anybody who have already went through this process share your experience.

Please anybody who have already went through this process share your experience.
If you are just starting the process. First I suggest you check and double check the list of requirements and also local requirements for Chinese applicants. Some countries have special requirements. Make sure you have EVERYTHING on the list and file everything together in your application. Suggest also include payment for BOTH steps if possible. This will avoid some delays. Make sure you follow the requirements exactly. Go to the extra work now to make sure you have everything they require. If everything is sent to Mississauga, they process the sponsorship part. When that is complete they will forward the rest to embassy in Beijing. Your medical, do it now up front before filing. Include the medical receipt in with the application. You don't have to wait for results if you are quite sure there are no medical problems. The medical doc forwards your results to the visa office you list on the official form (sorry can't remember the form number by memory) So make sure you put "Canadian embassy Beijing" as the destination for medical results. Yes most official documents you receive only one copy of. However, I recommend you take photocopies of everything in case something goes wrong so you can always prove you have completed them and forwarded them to CIC. You never know if something may go missing or may need to prove something. Its possible embassy may request an update of this form or the other. So always be prepared in case they ask for documents, to get the documents and forward on to them. Just part of the process. Medical is good for one year and hopefully you arrive in Canada before then or you are required a new medical. If that happens, just the process we must go to for eventual success. Hope that helps, and good luck with the process. Patience will be required. Being thorough and complete will get you the best fastest results. |
