so ok lang po na i declare sa IMM 5490 question #27 (Have you and your sponsor lived together?) na you cohabited for 3 months only? Parang natakot ako sa post na nabasa ko yun mahaba waaa  Sa questionnaire part ba yan? I declared mine at wala akong naging problema. In fact mabilis kame naapprove.. |

Sa questionnaire part ba yan? I declared mine at wala akong naging problema. In fact mabilis kame naapprove..
TY po sa reply. Opo sa Applicant questionnaire yun IMM 5490 kasi nag stay po kami sa house nila dito sa Pinas nung 2008 for 3 months tapos nun January 2012 bale 1 month kami tumira sa isang house kasi nag prepare for the wedding and etc. Hindi naman po sya nag fall ng common law di po ba kasi under 1 year naman and intermittent yun pagsasama namin? Yun photos po kasi namin mostly taken doon sa mga bahay na yun e kaya mahirap ata if di ko i declare  |

TY po sa reply. I was bothered also about it that we might fall under common law partner, but thanks to a fellow forum mate, sabi nya 1year dapat nagsama sa iisang bubong para matawag na common law... |

Gud Day po sa lahat may tanung lang po ako, PR Card holder na po ako bale 3 months na po ako dito sa alberta at may fulltime job na, tanung ko lng po kung pwede ko na po bang petisyonin ang asawa ko, ok lang po ba kahit wl pa 1year ang tax ko, at magkano po ang kailangan kong show money. i think u are referring to my post. nabasa ko lang din un.. my wife and I cohabitated for 3 months also before our wedding, then we stayed at our house for 1 month prior to her flight back to Edmonton. I was bothered also about it that we might fall under common law partner, but thanks to a fellow forum mate, sabi nya 1year dapat nagsama sa iisang bubong para matawag na common law...

aah manitoba kac ako .. medyo mahirap pa recognize ang engineering dito.. try mo kumuha ng process engineer certificate .. exam lang yun .. saka pag naipasa mo un at may experiences ka kahit pinas experience mo , recognize ng company un.. Sa Edmonton. Engineer ako dito sa Pinas..

hi guys,
PPR ako last Jan 26, 2012. hanggang ngayon hindi pa bumabalik yung passport ko. pag PPR ba wala na problema? since jan 26 araw araw ko tinitignan yung status ko sa CAS. and kanina nakalagay DM na. its either good news or bad new ba yun? and normally ilang days bago dumating yung sulat from embassy?
medyo excited pero kabado na feeling..
any inputs??

hi!! what's your timeline? ako din sponsor. manitoba.  ang tagal! my husband called DHL kanina, mas mura daw at mas mabilis kapag pick up sa office nila. 90 php for pickup, 400 php for delivery and it'll take several days. application applied : oct 27,11 passp req: jan 26,12 sent: feb 6,12 |
