hi ashwoodream,
Sometimes, being so desperate in waiting for updates predisposes us to search for clues for the progress of our application.
I have inquired Ms Rani about this already. I would just like to ask too if there is a mailing address that appears in your UCI principal applicant ECAS as as of this time.
They say, a change in address is sometimes a good sign. In my case, my mailing address appears only at the UCI of my sponsor, but not on my own UCI as the applicant.
I wish I can be with my partner soonest.

hi po, just wanna ask if you used same application number/UCI para pag check sa status mu and your spouse? kasi po yung sakin, ang akin lng po ang na checheck ko. cause if i used my wifes name/DOB/POB wala kasing lumalabas.. thanks in advance po |

hi prayinghands, Two different UCI po yung puede magamit ko. Yung first was when na approved ang sponsorhsip application. Doon, ang mga information na e fill-out ko ay yung sa aking partner. The second UCI is when I got the PPR request from CEM indicating my UCI as the applicant for permanent residence. Ito na yung information na sa akin. Baka, may mali lang sa information na na supply specially the country of birth. Please ask your husband if sa Canada ba talaga sya na born. Could you tell me if nag appear po ba din sa inyong dalawang UCI ang iyong mailing address, prayinghands? Thanks din in advance. |

Another change in my eCAS today. Last week it was 'Medical results have been received' added to my in process. Now today, my address suddenly reappeared, but instead of my Philippine address, it just reads 'Edmonton, Alberta, Canada'. No idea what this means, but I'm happy to see ecas updates two weeks in a row. Sana magupdate ulit sila bukas kahit once a week lang talaga merong update.  hi, i think dm na yan wait ka nlng sa visa.. not sure ha pero kasi ung sa akin that time nawala ang adres ko n then nung dm ako ung adres ko nagchange into sa destination place ko... so feel ko the fact na changed to destination place mo ung adres means dm ka na at consider Un na ung bago mo adres thus permanent residence hehehehhehe  |

actually my wife is a PR,d pa po xa citizen. i checked using both UCI's pero same lng ang lumalabas. We received your application for permanent residence on December 1, 2011. Medical results have been received. wala nmn pong adress na nakalagay.. |

pag nag check ako wala kasi akong nakikitang chek as a sponsor or as an applicant, senxa na po kayu medjo baguhan lng din po ako nitong check2x nang status eh, and parang d pa updated. |

prayinghands, ah ganun ba...there was never an option naman...you only have to enter the UCI of the sponsor or your UCI as the applicant. Then if yung UCI mo yung e enter mo, so ang info mo ang e fill-out mo...but if UCI ng wife mo, and info din nya ang e fill-out mo, prayinghands... paki update naman if may address ba sa ECAS status mo ha as the applicant...thanks prayinghands... |

Ask ko lang po usually ba gaano katagal magbigay ng visa after passport request?
sabi po nila minsan 2 weeks, 3 weeks , 1 month, or 2 months.. |

Suggestion.. instead of UCI.. why dont you try using "Client ID number" of your sponsor and "Immigration File number" of yours if you are the sponsored person. Client ID is an 8-digit number that you can find on the letter that came from CEM Immigration file# starts with FXXXX12345. you can also see in the letter came from CEM. |
