Dear All,
Below is my ECAS status. Is this still within the processing time for the Family Sponsor under LC2?
Permanent Residence
We received your application for permanent residence on October 5, 2010.
We started processing your application on February 9, 2012.
It's already 1 month now since the ecas status turned to "In Process". My mailing address has been disappeared for almost 3 months now.
Is there any one here that on the same timeline?

You're still within the processing time counting from October... Ma-swerte ka pa nga since they already started processing your application.. Yung iba... application receive pa din... Kaunting wait na lang yan DM ka na...  Btw. ask ko lang if you already done the medical? Sorry hindi kasi ako LC2. |

What is LC2..?
LC - means Live-in Caregiver. 1 - refers to sponsor, 2 - refers to sponsored person. Hope i got it correct. |

Sana nga dumating na, medyo na prapraning na si misis eh  . Pero ikaw sir almost 1 year lang ah, base sa timeline mo. Ako ito 16 months na hindi pa ako na MR. whew!...aabutan na naman ako ng mid-year reporting dito sa work. Thank you sa reply. -Albert |

Most likely Yes, CEM will review your wife's paper followed by yours... The more time consuming part of the whole process is the background and security check. Lalu na if nag stay ka pa abroad more than six months... |

mga bossing kung may nakakakilala pa sa akin, ngayon lang ako ulit nagkalakas ng loob magbalik sa forum after ng nangyari sa application ko. mangyari ksi di naka declare na nag live in kami ng asawa ko way back 2004 for 2 years before sya pumunta ng canada 2006. ayun na-question papers namin. ayun kumuha pa kami ng lawyer para tumulong. nung MARCH 8 DM na ako kaso worried ako kung approoved or hinde. sobrang kinakabahan ako. honest mistake naman nangyari or kamaliaan namin talaga. diba nga sa pinas live-in dito sa canada naman common law partner. mas iba ang definition nila. di naman namin itinatago na nagsama muna kami. sana maunawaan ng VO.
Kayo kumusta na? sa maayos na rin yung papers nyo... talagang nakakadepress tong ganito. waiting game.
please pray naman for me naman jan... pagdasal natin VO na aprooved tayong lahat

Question po para dun sa nagbayad sa Canadian bank:
Yun amount lang po ba na $1040 ang ilalagay? kasi wala pong options na nakalagay dun sa payment form na iaabot unlike sa website na makikita un sponsorhip, principal applicant and right of permanent residence fee na ilagagay. Malalaman na po ba nila yun babayaran dun kahit hindi nilagay yun options sa form? TY so much!
