ah, so ano mga forms ang nasend mo sa kanya? pwede bang malaman ? para alam ko rin kung ano sakin. ung wife ko sa knottwood, kau?
may i know kung ilang years or months na po kaung kasal?

sa northwest, kakasal lang namin nung decmber, na download mo na ba ung part 3 information guide philippines andun lahat ung kailangan mo submit na forms and requiremnts..if not applicable sau wag mo na submit

dun po sa background declaration, under personal history, un po kc from August 2007 (which I turned 18) to  April 2010 eh nag aral po ako ng nursing, is it ok na ang ilagay ko dun is from 08 2007 to 04 2010 is I studied nursing? or dapat i specify ko each year? tapos isa pa po dun sa list all adresses wher u have lived from the day u turned 18, dun po sa present address ko ngaun, ano po ba ilalagay ko na duration? eh doon parin naman ako nakatira... hehehe ang gulo ko,,, but will wait for any response ...

ah, is ur husband filipino or canadian? kami nung january lang din.. how old r u? oo nadownload ko na ung part 3, so hnd nio po sinubmit ung mga d applicable? napaparaning po kc ako kya lahat tinatanong ko dto, anyways, dba ako ung principal applicant? so ung immigration forms lang ang ififill up ko tapos ung sa sponsorship forms sa wife ko lang naman lahat un? ganun ang pagkakainintindi ko sa ngaun, except dun sa IMM 1344 na meron akong dapat isign so ang ginawa ko ako na ung nagprint tapos ipapadala ko na lang sa kanya with my signature affixed..

When will we start the counting of 6-9 months? Is it from the date when they received our application?

guys, ask ko lang sana since I already received my PPR, ok lang ba i-submit yung passport na may mga staple marks sa front and back covers?  tinatanggap ba ng CEM yung may mga staple marks na passport?  thanks.

Yes, kinuha nila passport pero ibalik din sa ro with the cfo sticker na right after the seminar..fee total is P650

ahh okay... may bngay ba na acknowledgement received na  nakuha nila passport mo ... worry k lng kasi baka mawala ang passort pag bngy sa kanila beforehand.... sorry ha dami tanong bullet0805...

Hi All! so sad 4 months na passport ko sa CEM application received parin ........Papano ba magrequest ng detailed update sa status natin? Expired na medical ko last month..

I assume family sponsorship kayo.. Lagpas na ba kayo sa 9 months processing time? IF lagpas na.. ask your sponsor in Canada to request GCMS notes..  

Follow the instructions below:

1. Have your spouse fill out this form:

Step by step instructions:

Tick the box that says "I authorize Citizenship and Immigration Canada... ... to release information from my case file to the following individual."

Then have your spouse fill out all of his/her particulars (his/her name, DOB, location of VISA Processing centre, i.e. The Canadian Embassy......... etc.)

Then have him/her fill out your own personal information under the headings titled "Designated Individual."

Have your spouse sign AND date the form at the bottom



OR, if you have already filled out this form:

then just send a photocopy of it along with 2. and 3.


2. You must now fill out this form:

Step by step instructions:

Leave the first two boxes at the top blank (Requesters Reference No. and Public Rights Administration file number).


Tick the box that says "Access to Information Act ($ 5.00 fee)."

You HAVE to pay $5.00, there is no way around this. Do NOT tick "Privacy Act" and hope they will just process it without you having to pay; this will NOT work. You must pay $5.00 since you are requesting the info on behalf of your spouse, and your spouse is not residing in Canada.

Select which language you wish to receive your notes in, English or French. (These choices are under the "Privacy Act" sub-heading. Then tick the box which says "Receive copies of the Records." .

Fill out your spouse's information.

Under the next heading, "Request for-Required Information" box, tick the "CAIPS (information abroad)" box and write "The Canadian Embassy ........." under the "Embassy" sub-heading, and write the "Visa File No." in the appropriate box.

DO NOT check any other boxes in this section. Especially the "OVERSEAS VISA FILE" box. If you do this, they will pull your file aside, photocopy everything and send it to you.
It will not only take you forever to get the information, but they will also take your file out of the queue to process your request and therefore it will take LONGER !!! (CAIPS is just a computer printout of all the work done on your file so far. It will not affect the speed at which your visa office)

In the next heading, tick the box which says "This request is being made by a Canadian Citizen..." Fill out all of your information in this box, name, phone number, address, etc.

Sign and date.

3. Make out a cheque payable to the "Receiver General of Canada" for $5.00

Enclose the cheque in an envelope with the other forms, and a copy of your Canadian ID or a passport copy and send it to the address below:

hi green1984. pareho tayo nagexpire yung medical ko while na sa CEM na passport ko. pinadalahan nila ako ng letter for re-medical and new nbi. i had my medical nung feb1 pa and until now wala pa update. wait nalang muna tayo.

Hi guys,

Good morning sa lahat.

May tanong lang ako tungkol sa address na makita duon sa UCI. If tingnan ko yung online status ko gamit yung unang UCI ng application for sponsorship, nag appear ang address duon ng sponsor at ang aking address. Pero, if gamitin ko yung NEW UCI na binigay ng CEM at the time na na received na yung application ko in Manila, yung name ko lang ang makikita, wala ang address.

I've read comments kasi na if mawala yung address, it is a good sign. Sadya bang mag appear yung address sa dalawang UCI ng iyong application or doon lang sa first UCI na gingamit sa sponsorship application?

I know there are so many brilliant minds in here. It is so nice to have joined this forum to have learnt from other couples' experiences.
