opinion ko lng ha...yeah.. consult mo muna lawyer...pag non-accompanying d po ba meaning nun d sya makasama or masponsor in the future ? not sure ha ..yan pagkaintindi ko .... tingin ko lng ha ... kailngan siguro first ayusin ung full custody mo sa anak mo like ask ka ng lawyer if may way na mapunta sayo ang full custody without ung tatay magsign ... ever since bata sya nasa sayo na ba sya . i mean wa na conection sa father?? and then feel ko if naayos mo na ung full custody baka pagdating sa pagkahua mo ng passport eh wa na problem ang appearance ng father .. i mean baka makuha na ang passport ng anak mo even if wa na appearance...... pero to be sure ask a lawyer kasi sila may alam sila sa batas ....  Thank you Lovely sa response. inagahan kong pagtawag sa cic kanina para ma clarrify kung ano ba talagang dapat kong gawin,sabi noong nakasagot i still have to include her in the application at mag memedical din siya..all i have to do is attach an explanation doon s application kung bakit wala siyang passport and i have an issue concerning sa custody. |

Btw, I thought medical results is valid for 1 YEAR??? |

Question please....... Form 0008 general info - under personal details question 2 it states 'have you used any other name?' ------- since I'll be using my maiden name on all forms/passport, I believe I have to put here my married name right? Although technically 'I have not used my married name before since I am recently married'.. But for the purpose of declaring my married status and since I'll be using my maiden name in the application, I have to indicate my married name as my 'other name' right? tama ba mga sis? |

hi guys, musta na? sorry now lang nkpag update. hehe.. super busy kc sa flight and now sa pagaaus ng SIN, health insurance, etc.. i landed here feb. 25. grbe super lamig d2 sa winnipeg.. nkakadry ng skin. bute nlang anjan c hubby pampainit. lol..  hope mgkagoodnews na din kayo |

Hi natniel ako ganyan! Application received and medical recieved nung check ko ecas then PPR na.. Pero wag ka mag relay sa ecas kc may iba naka received ng PPR pero wala medical received..
ah ok2, thanks sa info.. after mo na.receive yung PPR may nag bago ba sa ecas mo? |

Wala pa ako med result sa ecas, app received lang. Had my ppr feb 28 til now wla pa med result ko  ok, ano nkalagay sa ecas mo? "we received your application blah blah blah" yun lang? one line lang? |

Hi RDQ, mas nauna din ba filing of applications niyo kesa sa medical exam mo? Ganun din kasi sa akin, Hindi naman pala nakabagal ng application yung ganung procedure, nagworry pa naman kami ni hubby, buti na lang nabasa ko timeline mo, nakahinga na ako ng maluwag ngayon. Thanks for the post :-)

Paano mo siya maipapamedical if pp nga d ka makakuha actually mas madali kumuha ng PP than medical examination it takes one day |
