i am married to a canadian pero mabilis lng din process papers ko. we passed papers 2nd wk of april 2011 and got DM last week of aug 2011. i the visa office does not care kung ano nationality ng spouse, depende s relationship at documents yun. nagtrabaho din ako s ibang bansa, taiwan at UAE. basta complete papers, proofs & other important documents mabilis lng process. before we submitted our papers, kumuha agad ako ng police clearances kaya din siguro mabilis.
i think having kid(s), especially if they are older would make the process longer kasi mas marami ang i verify nila. wala pa kaming anak nung magsubmit kami, but i was pregnant then. wala ding umattend sa kasal namin from my husband's side of the family here in canada. i guess it also takes a little longer kung malaki ang age gap (9yrs lang s amin).
basta kompleto at straightforward ang application mabilis ang processing.

Good Day mga Kabayan!
Ask ko lang kung meron sa inyo na nagwork before sa Saudi and during the middle of contract umuwi na ng Pinas at hindi na bumalik sa Saudi. Ang plano ko kasi hindi ko na pababalikin ang partner ko after ng kasal namin. Pero kumuha na sya ng police clearance before sya uuwi. Worry ko lng baka ma apektohan ang spousal sponsorship application in the future. Thanks in advance.

how come they approved lots of october applicants mostly are filipino couples at jan and feb then there r still lots of august applicants w8ting for visa dapat inuna nila lahat august then september,, sa septemeber din ang na approved filipno couple din walang foreigner..sa feb.. anf foreigner couple na pproved mostly around mid of feb meron pa remaining maybe they get the first half of march...baka ako nasa end of march or whole april or hindi na ma approved huhuhu. single naman hubby ko at ako rin nong kinasal kami.. nov.2010 pa kami kinasal kong hindi lng na error marriage namin naka pag apply na kami feb last year ...i dont know wat to do if ma denied baka mag jump ako sa bridge. hahaha if hubby will give up all things baka dito nalang kami tumira..supposedly we r really not marry in canada kayo pa mag register sa marriage ninyo sa registrar doon. kaya wala pa ako doon sa canada ni register na ni hubby marriage namin sa quebec registrar. may nakita ako sa wish ko lng nag married sya sa canadian sa pinas ang then umuwi ang lalaki hindi na bumalik...

Hello..share ko experience ko nang husband ko, work din sya saudi and d ko na pinatapos contract at d ko na rin pinabalik sa Saudi after nang kasal namen sa pinas last July 2011. Wala naman kme naging problema sa papel namen.PPR na sya and were waiting na Lang for visa..just make sure na Ang fiancée mo ay kumuha nang police clearance in Arabic and English..make sure na nagkaintindihan sila nang employer Nya before sya mag exit and break the contract para sa pag uwi Nya pinas exit Ang tatak sa passport Nya. |

Thank you talaga sa mga insights nyo ha? It really helps a lot kasi nakaka depress na wala pa aki nabalitaan lately na canadian-filipino naapprove, mostly filipino couple lang. My husband is just 4 yrs older than me. Last yr lang kmi kinasal & were both single, no kids yet. Hehe.

wala naman problema yan lalo na kung meron na siya police certificate from saudi. Mas ok nga na di na sya bumalik para manila embassy na maghandle ng application niya. Pag sa saudi kasi e sa abu dhabi pa ang processing. |

prepared na kayo november applicants filipino couple baka this march may decision made na kayo.. kasi alam nila sacred sa filipino ang marriage.. kaya madali lng sa inyo..kasi sa foreigner kailangan pa i prove if alam ng family ang relationship ninyo have u met their families, friends in person may question ganyan. depress na talaga ako ..

october 5 kami nag apply. naka PPR na rin ako last week of January. Until now, application received pa din. ikaw sis, ano timeline mo? |
