hindi naman nasa manila ka naman kami sa cebu mas matagal maybe 2days-1month ata.. hehehe as in lucky ka talaga .. huhuhu im feeling dying of w8ting....i feel im n the middle of snowstrom giniginaw....well happy for u.. madali lng talaga pag both of u r filipino...

Me and my wife were talking about this and she showed me this link, where it shows the approved or designated medical practitioners in the Philippines:

As you can see St-Luke`s hospital is nowhere to be found on that list !!
Be careful and read your guide folks!

just put ur name.. make it blank the dependent or put slant line for ur blank.. dont put ur hubby name on spouse cause he is already in canada that only applicable if there spouse/children is in philippines if they accompany or not. |
