depende mas maluwag sa toronto pearson mas mahigpit sa vancouver (kase halos lahat ng dun naglaland) and depende sa immigration officer na matatapat sayo.. mas better kung i check-in mo na lang ung hard drive mo kase ganun ginawa ko.. pero minsan they do check laptop/ipad/ipod etc pero super bihira lang.. mahigpit sila alam ko sa songs/video(movie).. pero bihira naman sila magcheck eh..

Can anyone help me keep my sanity?  Some people got their PPR a few weeks after their sponsor got approved. Some waited for more than a month. Then those who were lucky got their visa within 8 weeks? ??What's happening to the Manila Visa office? Someone in the thread, an October applicant, got her visa on January (3 months after application was submitted) while others waited for like 3-4 months just for the visa to come? I'm going crazy as I was trolling over hunderds of threads and situations....LOL! |

here is my timeline:
We received your application for permanent residence on July 22, 2011.
We started processing your application on November 24, 2011.
Medical results have been received.
(Jan.24th )A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision.
and then VISA na nga today! hi. tingin ko kaya si Narice21 na DM without re-medical kahit expired na ng jan 2, kasi nagstart ng processing sa CEM ng Nov 24, before magexpire ang medical niya kaya siguro binigyan siya ng 6 months na palugit while yung saakin expired ng jan 4 bago nila i-process sa CEM ng jan 16 kaya umabot yung expired medical ko sa pagprocess at kailangan ko mag re-medical. ang swerte ni narice21 wala ng extra days para magintay sa medical. Congratulations! @ raniloc kelan expiration ng medical mo and kelan nila sinimulan yung pagprocess sa CEM? kasi diba nagsend din sila sayo ng request for re-med? tignan natin kung tama yung naisip ko and para narin sa mga naguguluhan sa mga expired at mageexpire na medical. thank you! |

talaga? mahigpit kaya sila sa mga external hard drive? mine is 1 tera. hindi kaya iopen nila contents ng external hd mo? ano-ano mga tinanong syo?
hindi yan. may dala din si hubby pero d naman sya tinanong na sa mga dala nya. |

hello. i'm new to this forum. this is so helpful! my hubby (PR in Canada) and I are preparing the doucments for our application. He had resided in Abu Dhabi for around 7 months even before he became a PR in Canada. Will he need to provide a police clearance from Abu Dhabi when he submits his application for sponsorship? Or ako lang kelangan magprovide ng police clearance since i'm the one being sponsored? Also, yung police clearance ba na tinutukoy, is it just the NBI clearance? Thanks in advance.  |

Hello po, RE: HD na may mga movies or songs, i asked my hubby to delete everything lahat ng na download, it is better to be safe kesa ma hold po... kahit tignan nila atleast clear po sa mga downloaded movies n songs...

During my first trip as worker to Canada way back 2008, hand carry ko lang laptop ko and they didnt open it kasi makikita naman sa monitor nila if you have something unusual sa bag mo aside sa laptop. Just pray na lang di matapat sa iyo. Goodluck! |

Hi, I believe it really depends on the immigration officer who will review our application here in Manila Office, as well the completeness and accuracy of the application submitted.
