we receive our File # sept. 30, 2011...still waiting for approval...ilang buwan kaya ang aantayin for approval? your DM letter should be in by now, we base our waiting on the timeline at cic website. go to cic immigration website and find "processing times" hopefully anytime soon u will recieve a letter |

Im not sure kung may mga ka batch pa ako dito... Batch Feb 2011 pa ako... It will be one year now in February when we submitted our application. My medical examination expired last January 21.  Now, ECAS shows "IN PROCESS" We started processing your application in January 24, 2012... Medical results have been received... I want to know if someone here has the same situation... Im expecting they will ask for remedical... I hope... hi raniloc. we have the same situation. my medical results expired last jan4 and am still waiting for further instructions. but still am hoping that they won't ask for a remed. nawala din pala home address ko sa ecas...sana DM na soon. balitaan tayo. |

Hi Raniloc, I think they will contact you for Re-medical before your application expired kasi nagkaron din ng ganyang case ang friend ko who's already in Canada now...And after her re-med done ,her got her visa right after a week.. So I have an idea that the embassy will contact you... Everything will be fine.  Godbless us! I hope so... sana nga mag request na sila ng remedical... |

Same pala situation natin... It is not possible na mag issue sila ng visa na expired ang medical...Validity of visa kasi is base on the expiration of the medical exam... Kung expired na medical.. expired na rin ang visa... For sure they will ask for remedical before they will issue the visa. Lets hope for the best... Si LOrd na bahala sa atin... |

Ask ko lng just in case my husband is coming here in the philippines for vacation and our application is still on process will it be ok? do we need to notify the CIC prior his vacation? anyway his vacation will only take 3 weeks not that long. I hope it won't be a hassle to our application:(

Hi Chealsiviel, I dont think so na makakaaffect ang vacation ni hubby mo sa application while it is ''in process'' coz I have that same scenario too. Last October nagbakasyon din ang hubby ko here and in fact nagpunta pa nga kame sa embassy to follow up may PPR dun lang namen nalaman na pinadalhan na pla ako ng later but unfortunately hindi ko siya narecieve kaya on that day they gave us another copy of the letter.. So wala namang silang comment and theres no disadvantages at all,i think nakatulong pa nga... Nakakafrustrate na rin kasi,we're missing our spouse very much and i think they're surely understand that.. Hope it helps.. Godbless us:) |

Well.. medyo complicated... Yes, CEM called my sponsor and we submitted the documents they requested. My sponsor is been here in the phils since 2006... CEM is hesitant of issuing the VISA while my sponsor is still here.. They requested documents that shows intent of my sponsor to return to CANADA on or before processing the VISA... Unfortunately, my sponsor cannot return to Canada since his Canadian passport has expired... He already submitted an application to renew the passport and expect it to arrive on February.... I just hope... mag issue sila ng RE-MEDICAL and feel satisfy with the documents we submitted concerning intention to return to Canada... Keeping our fingers crosss..... hi raniloc.. under FAMILY SUPPORT kb? |

hello everyone...question lang po. Ano kaya ang factors bakit ang iba, they got their PPR and Visa so fast. Why yung iba, antagal? 1. Is it the Visa Officer assigned to our papers? 2. Is it the length of time you and your husband/wife been married? 3. Is it the volume of the proof submitted? Any ideas??? thanks. |

i think the medical expires after a year. i had my medical even before we've submitted the papers so we can already include it in the envelope to be submitted to Mississauga. weve been thinking it would make the application faster since we dont have to wait for the request for medical. |
