nobody really knows the reason sa CEM, it all depends sa VO and sa pagreview nila sa mga papers mo...philippine govt has no hold over Canadian Embassy in Manila for embassies are extensions of the home country's territory or it represent it's home country...philippine(host country)  can not enter the embassy without invitation or permission from the ambassador...

all are application depends on our VO..sila kac ang nagreview ng mga application natin, and mostly they want to make sure na the marriage (on family visa) are genuine not out of convenience..mao aders are lucky kac some VO's are not that strict on papers..

i have been inside the canadian embassy before and na interview  na din ako sa CEM on a working visa ko, masabi ko lang...sticto ung  mga pinoy na VO compare sa mga canadian VO...pinay ung nag interview sa akin noon, that was 2004, grabe xa ka strikto and sa lahat ng VO xa ang kinatakutan sa lahat and she was on door 5...it all depends sa VO mo:)

oo nga.. if thats the case.. they should have not send the PPR in the first place if they are not sure of the genuinity of the marriage, etc. dapat siguro mas matagal ang hintay sa PPR than sa Visa. dun siguro mejo ok pa di ba? hay naku.. swertehan tlga.

to those na nagtataka about sa ecas bat in process then magbabago.. kase po ang start talaga ng processing ng papers eh pag asa manila na po dun papasok ang 10months timeline ng cic and regarding sa passport required talaga irequest un sa START ng application d porket kinuha na eh dm na agad..bago kase sila magstart ng pagprocess ng papers kinukuha na nila lahat ng additional doc and passport para isahan na lang kesa naman na magprocess muna sila tapos request ng additional doc then request ng passport mas tatagal kase po pag ganun so kaya ganun.. sa ibang country late ang ppr sa pinas una ang ppr. ayun lang share lang.

dont worry hindi naman sila nag rerefuse bigla eh.. magaask sila ng interview kung medjo duda
sila kase bibigyan nila ung applicant ng chance na iprove na totoo ung relationship then dun nila sasabihin kung visa or wala.

lately, matagal and delivery ng AOR/PPR. some ng mga kaforums natin ay inabot ng 2 months before they received there AOR/PPR. Try checking ur local post office first kapag lumagpas na ng 2 months. Minsan nga sobrang delayed ung letter, nagexpire na ung 45 days na bnbgay to comply with their required documents. So better prepare all the docs na usually hinihingi para pagdating ng AOR/PPR mo, submit agad. Goodluck and God Bless!

thanks po sa reply. based po sa tracking nung courier na deliver naman po kaagad yung mga docs namin. so yung CIC talaga yung matagal mag reply. usually po mga ilang months po yung totall processing time from submission?
