question lng po we got the letter from embassy just asking the appendix a and b its not stating about passport.
question i shall i send the passport together with those two docs that they asked? or i have to wait for another letter that would request pp?

Anu po ba yung laman ng appendix A & B na pinadala sa inyo e baka nagpalit na naman sila ng label. Dati kasi Appendix C yung sa photo specs sa application forms namin, then noong ipasubmit ang passport ay naging Appendix B na yun.

Yung appendix B na photo specs ay hindi ipinapasubmit dahil instruction/guide lang po yun sa sukat ng photos. Ang isinusubmit ay yung litrato.

Ang appendix A namin ay cheklist ng passports na ipapadala, at may receiving/releasing spaces sa baba  for embassy use.

Wag kayo magpapadala ng passport kung hindi hinihingi sa sulat.

e-mail to manil-cs @ international.gc.ca and re-manil.immigration @ internatioanl.gc.ca  it's really manil ha not manila.  Anyways,  give details of your child's full name date of birth and date you filed the application.  You will be able to get response from them 1 to 2 weeks.  Thanks a lot...

oo appendix a and b lng ang hiningi..kaya dko alam.. s appendix b ba we need to have to take our picture again?
dn s appendix b kasama ba ilagay ang mga kapatid pro asawa ko lng ang aalis.

naging confusing na nga po kung pareho ba ang pinag-uusapan nating forms, dahil sa appendix A ay walang space para sa pangalan ng kapatid. At nakalagay din po dun "you and all your dependants, whether accompanying or not."....Spouse...child1...child2...child3... continue on separate sheet if you have additional children.....  WALA PONG KAPATID.

Ganito na lang po: Kung ano lang yung mga blank spaces sa forms yun na lang ang fill-up nyo. Kung ano nasa sulat yun lang sundin nyo.

Reminder yen... ang principal applicant  at  pipirma sa appendix A ay yung spouse mo dahil sya ang nagaapply ng PR,  hindi ikaw who is the sponsor.

Right now, I already received a passport request last Dec 2011. Nasubmit ko na rin sa CEM ung passport first week of January 2012.. We already inform the embassy about the upcoming child birth. They already email us the docs needed once lumabas na si baby.. :-) I know it will cause some delay on our application, but right now, my main concern is my baby's arrival. Good luck to all of us.. Anyone here bound for Winnipeg?

Hi kismet23,  thanks for the input based on experience as well to others here on the forum very helpful talaga.  And yes, i just re-print all our application forms and will be using my maiden name as what appeared on my passport.  I just came from NSO sa Edsa, Quezon City and I will be able to get the NSO copy of MC in a week,  I personally went there to request for the early release instead of the usual 45 days, pag genuine talaga ang purpose at request mo walang hassle.  Thanks again.  If i have any other queries i hope it's ok to ask again

No problem. You can ask me anything and I will gladly help out . Ang tagal pala makakuha ng NSO certificates sa Manila. Sa akin kasi in 1 day nakukuha ko. Sa regional office ako ng Mimaropa kumukuha.

Sana makuha nyo na visa nyo. Yung sa akin, na in process ako Oct 24 tapos Nov 9 may visa na. Kaya yung mga nakasubmit ng PPR for sure malapit na yan.

hello, :-) PR po ang hubby ko sa canada. Right after ng birth ni baby, kelangan nya submit sa Missisauga ng updated application, birth cert ni baby. While ako naman, magsubmit ng birthcert, passport size pics and passport ni baby sa Manila Embassy. Inaalam pa po namin anong mga forms kelangan nya submit sa Missisauga eh.. Still hoping na ndi mahirapan sa processing.. ;-)
