  Hello po sa lahat!! Konting dasal pa po talaga tayo at kung ano man po ang hinihintay natin darating din po ang lahat ng ito in "GOD's perfect time". Kasi the more na nag exxpect po tayo na dumating na agad ito, sya namang nadisdismaya at nalulungkot po tayo tuwing lumilipas ang bawat araw na wala pa rin. More prayers pa po talaga dahil hindi tayo bibiguin ng Panginoon!! God bless us all always..

Hi Aikarex.  Thanks for the advice.  I am still using my maiden name on our application, since my marriage certificate with NSO copy will supercede all my documents bearing my single name.   It will take another 2 months pa if i will change my passport eh complete na yung applications namin.  With regards to our baby, I had it filed June 2011 (late registration pa nga ang birth certificate niya kaya ang daming additional documents na hiningi) at exactly 6 months i was able to get the Client ID number and i was told thru email that i have to inform Embassy Manila if my daughter's citizenship certificate needs to be processed asap (urgent), which i already did.

anong courier ang ginamit mo pgsend sa mga requested docu sa embassy?
And ano ang ginamit mong lalagyan sa mga docu? do we have to write something on the envelope? (like name and etc. )

Ako LBC gamit ko kasi yun ang meron dito sa amin..hehe

Tapos niligay ko siya sa short brown envelope..oo sulatan mu envelope ung address ng embassy,etc.

Hi to all here.   I would really appreciate some advice and input on my queries so please help naman po.  My Canadian husband and I got married last Dec. 2, 2011, i had change all my documents even my passport under my maiden name (i am annulled and my Canadian husband is divorced)  before our marriage took place.  The ff. are my questions.

     *     Will I be using my married name now to the Spousal Application (Family Class)?  Or I can still use my single name since it is what in my   passport?

     *     I just had my medical exam done in St. Lukes and they based on my passport name.
    

We're hoping to submit our application by end of this month once i got the NSO copy of our Marriage Certificate.  Thank you and God Bless to All.

ok lang na gamitin ung single name mo as long na same ung name mo sa application and sa passport mo ako maiden name gamit ko nung nagapply ako then dito na lang ako nagpalit ng surname
pero ung sa pr card ko maiden name pa din gamit ko sayang kase 5yrs pa naman valid mahal din magpapalit ng pr card and magpapalit pa ko ng passport pag ganun eh magastos kaya antay ko na lang magparenew ng pr card or derecho citizenship na,
pero ung mga bank details, sin, health card etc gamit ko na surname ng asawa ko.

basta kung ano ang name ng passport mo un ang susunduin nila.

question lng po we got the letter from embassy just asking the appendix a and b its not stating about passport.
question i shall i send the passport together with those two docs that they asked? or i have to wait for another letter that would request pp?

It's kinda weird..kasi when they asked for appendix A, lagi may pp.. Yun lang ba nakasulat dun sa part na  IMPORTANT: Additional documents/ information requirements at this time??

Hi Yenyen... its really odd... so far wla pa kong nabasa dito sa forum na pinag submit ng Appendix A na wlang PP request. Wala bang nakasulat na submit passport dun sa part ng letter na submit the following...??

dn s appendix b kasama ba ilagay ang mga kapatid pro asawa ko lng ang aalis.

yung s appendix a po ba ang ilalagay lng ay yung name ng husband ko kasi cya lng nmn ang aalis?
hindi na po ba kasali mga kapatid at parents? sorry i just really need help confused lng

Hi,

I used my maiden name sa application ko dahil my passport was still valid when I applied and I was working abroad. Nung nagpalit ako ng passport, I still used my maiden name. I got my visa under my maiden name. Tinanong ko din yung embassy kung may problem ba na di married name gamit ko. Wala daw kaso yun.

I'm just planning to change my name pag nasa Canada na. Plus sabi ng mother-in-law ko yung 2 Tita daw ni hubby, maiden name pa rin gamit until now at wala namn problema. Discretion nyo namn yun kung gusto nyo magpalit.

Ako, magpapalit ako pag mag-aapply na lang ako ng PR card. Iprepresent ko na lang marriage certificate ko. I don't think there will be a problem.

Hi kismet23,  thanks for the input based on experience as well to others here on the forum very helpful talaga.  And yes, i just re-print all our application forms and will be using my maiden name as what appeared on my passport.  I just came from NSO sa Edsa, Quezon City and I will be able to get the NSO copy of MC in a week,  I personally went there to request for the early release instead of the usual 45 days, pag genuine talaga ang purpose at request mo walang hassle.  Thanks again.  If i have any other queries i hope it's ok to ask again
