what does family member means here? kasali ba yung parents and kpatid niya or wat? para sa appendix A ito. at sa form sa likod my appendix B, will he still fill that up or disregard lng? hmmmp. =)

wow! galing naman.. ano ano ba hinihingi sayo? yeah, i was sleeping my hubby tried to call me para skype kami, mai mga tanong xa. hehe they requested him to submit PP, AOM and appendix a. sa appendix A nkasulat daw na "fully completed appendix A for you and each of ur family mmbers" what does the family member means? our dependent? parents/siblings? oh im confused hehe. |

 hello i am a newbie here. i would just like to ask about my situation. My husband has a JO in Alberta, Canada through an agency and is bound to leave this May. His contract is 4 years. How can he get us here in the Phiippines, ano ang mga steps? sorry, wala talaga ako alam about immigrations. We have an incoming 2-year old son this May 30, gusto ko sana isama siya. Please help. I need answers. And is there a chance na pwede kaming makuha mag-ina, mahirap kasi pag nagkalayo. And how long is the waiting time and what is the process? I need answers please. Thanks in advance to those who can answer. Wil be waiting po. He can apply for permanent residence under the canadian experience class after 2 yrs working in canada. Your names will be in his application form, then he will sponsor you and your child when he becomes permanent resident. The caregiver program allows simultaneous application of sponsor and spouse/dependents. This is something you have to check if possible in your case. Refer to details at the CIC website. |

Hi! yan na nga yun..yihee!! Meron na ba kyo AOM? matagal kasi makuha yun eh..Yung appendix A details nyo lang 2..may anak na ba kyo?saka yung mga bata..  yun lang.. |

I think dapat ang ginamit mo na na apelido ay yung sa asawa mo. Hindi yung maiden name mo.
Kelan ka ng apply ng citizenship card ng baby mo? Meron ka na ba? Ako kasi last Nov 23 lang til now wala pa din..

Hi Aikarex. Thanks for the advice. I am still using my maiden name on our application, since my marriage certificate with NSO copy will supercede all my documents bearing my single name. It will take another 2 months pa if i will change my passport eh complete na yung applications namin. With regards to our baby, I had it filed June 2011 (late registration pa nga ang birth certificate niya kaya ang daming additional documents na hiningi) at exactly 6 months i was able to get the Client ID number and i was told thru email that i have to inform Embassy Manila if my daughter's citizenship certificate needs to be processed asap (urgent), which i already did. Thanks again |

anong courier ang ginamit mo pgsend sa mga requested docu sa embassy?
And ano ang ginamit mong lalagyan sa mga docu? do we have to write something on the envelope? (like name and etc. )

Only spouse and children as shown on the form Appendix A. Just fill in the boxes there, no more no less . Yun lang kasama magtatravel ang lagyan ng passport details sa tapat ng pangalan nila. Kung di kasama lagyan na lang ng n/a. Appendix B is only instruction/specification for photos. Kung walang hinihinging pics, just disregard it. Kung meron, bring a copy to the photographer para masunod yung tamang sukat at background color. They are very very strict on this. |
