Hello, got an update yesterdays from my hubbys E-CAS, from "application received" to "in process" We received your application for permanent residence on August 24, 2011. We started processing your application on December 28, 2011. Medical results have been received. The CEM received my husbands PP Dec. 2 but they started processing it on the 28th, God is good... so happy  Congrats!! ask ko lang po, when e-cas says we started processing Dec 28, meaning they received the PP and like they are reviewing already the app and next na ung visa? |

CEM will write you and give specific instructions on what to do once the sponsorship is approved. I presume you are referring to the sponsored person/s (spouse, dependents,etc) |

i'am the one to be sponsored by my wife in CANADA, she was already given a letter as proof of eligibility to sponsor since August 2011 but until now no letter from CEM was sent to me.. BTW i'm here in Manila.. Thank you for the reply.. |

the quota is holding them. Perhaps all for 2011 were already allocated as early as october to meet their arrival target by december. This year is a new quota. We'll be seeing action in the next 2 weeks. |

Hi jrd1979! Happy new year I noticed un timeline mo...mtgal ka na din palang nagiintay ng visa mo, would u mind me asking what took it so long? KAsi ako 3 months ng waiting pero un sa u grabe mas mtgal pa pala. Iam sure worried ka na din like me. Anong status sa ecas mo? |
