Thank you guys for the info. I got confused lang kasi yong frend ko na nasa canada na ngayon advised me that I have to send the sponsorship application first then after immigration will send me letter that they received my application and will advise me to do my medical na then that's the time ill do it. Pls, enlighten mo on this coz my expiration kasi ang medical result ng 12 months lang. Kung nde ba kasama ang medical exam ko sa sponsorship papers namin will it delay the processing?
thank you guys:)
Hi, what type ba ang application ng friend mo who advised you, iba iba kasi yan, for me, when my family(mom, dad, brother and me) applied as skilled worker with my dad as principal applicant, we had the medical only after embassy advised us to take the medical, kasi normally ung mga ganyan na application takes years, so mageexpire talaga ang medical results pag nauna yun. but for spouse sponsorship, it is clearly stated in IMM 3905 checklist na dapat kasama na ung proof of medical sa isusubmit na application. eto ung nakalagay: "PROOF OF MEDICAL EXAMINATION Include for yourself and each of your family members (accompanying and non-accompanying) Copy 2 of the Medical Report-Section A that the designated medical practitioner will sign and give to you when you undergo the medical examination." Yes 12 months expiration yun, matuwa ka nga dahil ibig sabihin eh in 12 months may visa ka na, hehe kidding, hindi assurance un, pero kung magbasa ka ng magbasa dito sa forum ng mga naka land na, average cguro is 6 months processing kaya ok parin medical results nila. sa mga cases na lagpas na ng 12 months, iaadvise sila to take another medical. Meron pa ngang case na 2 weeks na lang mageexpre na ang medical nung na-issuehan ng visa, kaya ask siya ng VO kung mkakalipad na siya in two weeks , syempre sabi niya oo, kaya go siya agad, hehe.

also, im not sure if it will delay your processing time na huli ka nagmedical pero syempre mas ok sana pag complete ung application na isusubmit niyo according to the checklists provided sa guides.

dapat isinama nyo na ung medical.. iba iba ang process ng application depende sa inaaplyan , as i always say to my friends everyhthing is in the guide , ngaun sasabihan ka nila na mag medical ka pero it add at least a month sa application mo depende kung gano katagal ang review date nila ..

@ chelseaviel what type of application ba i submit mo?? if spousal medical muna yung sponsored person... ganyan din nangyari sa amin i thought aantayin ang medical, ang nangyari we passed our application without the medical binalik yung application namin, ang sabi pa dun basahin daw mabuti ang instruction hehe... merong piece of paper signed by the doctor na proof na nag pa medical na yung sponsored person yun ang isasama sa application.. yung result nung akin pinasa nalang sa embassy.. di ko lang alam sa ibang DMP if makukuha mo result.. pag skilled kasi or other categories aantayin mo ang letter na isesend ng embassy!! :-)

@ chelseaviel if yung CEBU DOCTORS HOSPITAL is DMP ( designated medical practitoner ) you can do your medical there..

sundin nyo lang po yung instructions sa sulat ng cic/cem at hindi yung ginawa ng iba. Pwede kayo madelay/madeny pag di kayo sumunod sa instructions ng VO.

Thank you po sa lahat ng sumagot sa query ko. I also called immigration canada call center. The guy who assisted me said to wait for the AOR coming from CEM. From there, we should write them (CEM) an explanation letter regarding the omission sa form and send a corrected one. Isabay na lang daw sa requested documents na hihingin ng CEM.
Merry Christmas to everyone and prayers to those who were affected with typhoon sendong.

@ pelipeli, Kmaep, wahey21, nester Thank you all for your advise:) i really appreciate it.naliwanagan talaga ako:) I will do your advise I will do my medical asap perhaps on January first week. Yes you are right my friend was actually applying before for a skilled worker application....I have some follow-up questions lang po uli ha i hope nde kayo masyadong makukulitan sa akin hehehhe..eto talaga ang nangyayari pag nagiging paranoid na ako nakaka stress pla to I actually finish filling up the forms and sent it to my husband already and he received it 2 days ago he is just waiting for the form IMM 5401 for the payment fee which he ordered thru net and it will take like 2 weeks pa pla before he could receive it we are actually planning to send the application this december but it seems not possible. While waiting for it I just want to make sure that all the forms are correctly answered so we may correct it before sending it to CPC-M. These are my questions: 1) I have filled up the form IMM 0008 but i'm not quite sure about my answer on question no. 4 (Intended Occupation)under EDUCATION/OCCUPATION DETAIL I just put N/A, since I'm not decided yet on what occupation I may take later on. 2) For IMM 5669 (Schedule A Background Declaration) under PERSONAL HISTORY my recent activity is working so what I wrote at the FROM column was Feb. 2011 and TO column was PRESENT since Im still working now. and same thing with ADDRESSES Is this correct? @ PELIPELI is there any difference between N/A and n/a? Thank you guys:)

Thank you guys:) Ako din paranoid, tignan mo nga N/A at n/a niresearch ko pa kung may difference haha. sabi sa wikipedia n/a daw ang not applicable eh. hehehe. sa questions mo: 1. Maybe its better na ilagay mo ung field mo now, sabi mo nagwowowrk ka now. Kahit general lang like Finance or IT, or u can just put in lahat ng iniisip mong pwede mong applyan. , baka kasi pag N/A isipin nila wala ka balak magwork dun hehehe 2. yep type in present. May question ako, anong version ng pdf forms ung ginamit mo? Im having problems with mine now, kasi data can be saved daw, so I typed in data and saved pero di ko pa complete, nung binalikan ko para icomplete, di ko na siya maedit... did u encounter the same? Thanks

Check your accomplished forms ten times, even 20 times, and do not forget to retain a photocopy. Write your ref/file number on every loose document. You can use "post-it" glued tags sa docs na ayaw mong dumihan like original certificates, or use pencil. If you are applying as skilled worker, it is a must to write the trade you intend to work in.

Are you referring to additional docs requested? Coz how about those who will submit pa lang na wala pang ref/file number?

Hi! You may opt to send through drop box or via courier. In filling up Appendix A, yup, write your sponsor spouse details and leave the passport details blank. You may not write your application number at appendix A since you should be enclosing a copy of the letter when you send the documents requested. Also, you may write your application number and the address of the embassy on the envelope for proper document sorting.
