Pumunta po kayo sa NBI main dahil malapit dun (hehe...bakit lilipat ka pa?). Actually it is in Guanzon ST....kadugtong ito ng UN Avenue, estern side of Taft Ave (left side pag nakaharap ka going baclaran/edsa). LRT UN station kayo bababa kaya makikita nyo yung NBI Main sa Taft. Another option is Robinsons Ermita, malapit din dun at mas madaling puntahan. Anyway, madali na kumuha ngayon dahil nakaadjust na sila. Ang importante makahabol kayo sa quota for the day

Sa Otis po walang quota basta makahabol kayo before 4:30 pm

Hi regarding your concern, you can actually call them. My husband called the CIC office and he was informed right away about the status of our application and was given a Client number. Though until now we haven't yet received any e-mail or letter about our sponsorship approval but through the e-client  number they gave us were able to view the status (approval) of our application. Our application was received Oct.5 and approval was Dec. 9, hope it helps and Good luck!!!

i see..thanks..coz i passed my application last Sept.28...and i think the CIC received my application last Oct.1 and i havent received any information or letter yet..its more than 70 or i think 80 days already..just wanna make sure..thanks a lot..i will call them tomorrow morning..

u just have to wait. your sponsor will receive a letter from cic when your sponsor got approved from the first processing step.

i am the sponsor...i already check it and i enter my permanent residence card..( because i dont have any number yet )..i cannot check my timeline..i dont know why...

hi guys help naman po sa mga nakapagpasa na, some questions regarding submitting the application:

1. what type of envelope ang ginamit niyo to mail the entire application package? Expanding envelope?  Ung application namin kasi nasa mga 300 pages so mejo makapal .
2. Accdng to CIC, "affix sifficient postage" - lalagyan ng stamp? Bibili po ng stamp? ( no idea din wife ko sa postal process sa Canada, hehe)
3. And, pwede naman po ipadala thru couriers like UPS db po?

mas cheaper kung sa canada post na lang nya padala pero kung gusto niyo ng ups/fedex ok lang din kung mag canada post kayo
pag dating sa canada post may mga pagpipiliin naman dun na lalagyan like kung makapal talaga (300 pages) may maliit na box dun then dun ilalay mero din naman mga bubble na envelop dun like samen ung pinakamaliit na box ung ginamit namen then kung need ng stamp sasabihin naman nung nagbabantay dun and lalagyan nila ng stamp.. meron naman box or envelop sa ups store din eh so dalhin na lang niya ung application niyo tapos dun na lang sya pili ng lalagyan tapos sulat ung address. and pwede niyo naman i check online kung nareceive na ba ng office ung application niyo..

reliable naman ang Canada Post eh compare sa philippines (sorry but magulo talaga postal service saten).. and you can also check sa site ng Canada Post if natanggap nila pwedeng next day delivery or 7days
same ng ups/fedex/purolator pareparehas lang yan.. courier man o local pwede mo icheck again asayo pa din kung ano gusto mo

you can't check you ecas account unless u will have the uci number from cpc-m mailed/emailed to you. if soon you'll have that letter that means you have been approved to sponsor.

1. Kung anong pipiliin mo courier will provide the envelope, box or bubble envelope for you that will fit all your documents. For me, I just wrapped in plastic, and then handed it to the courier. Sila na ang naglagay sa envelope or box for me.
2. Better to have it couriered kasi from there mallaman mo  kung nareceive na ng CIC-M. Ordinary postmail will not give you that security that CIC-M has received your application. Try Purolator, FEDEX and UPS. CIC-M will not confirm by mail or email or phonecall na nareceive na nila ung application mo. So better track it.
3. As i said, have it couriered!

If you're the sponsor, u can use ur PR card no. because its the same as ur UCI no. You're sponsored person will have a different UCI no. from yours, but both of you will have the same Application File no. Use your UCI no. to check your status sa ECAS. If you have not been approved yet, walang lalabas sa ECAS mo. So just wait for the approval.

If your timeline has passed the date na nakalagay sa CIC-M on their website, better call them. They will tell you if you have been approved or not. For some they received an email with regards to their approval. Pero for others like me, regular postmail and it oftens take a while.

hello po sa lahat. I thank God for the safe trip that I had on Dec. 15. Didn't have any problems except that I didn't get to sleep for about 36 hours. My flight was all good and didn't have any problems with the immigration, custom, etc. I hope all of you will receive what you have been waiting for in God's time. Don't be anxious about not having your visas yet. It will SURELY come at the right time. God bless.

2) My husband wants to pay for the application fee but the form IMM 5401 is should be ordered online and it takes 2 weeks before he will be able to receive it is there other way to have that form faster? we supposed to send the application within this month (December).

you should take the medical now and send the copy 2 of medical report with ur application. it is included in the checkilst of the documents u have to send.

he can pay online with a credit card.

Hello ! In my case before I sent my application to hubby in Canada I already done everything like medical. Got my medical exam. in SCTS Makati by Dra. Timbol  Sanchez good thing about it after my medical exam at the same day you'll get the Medical Report- Section A EFC and receipt once you get those they'll tell you to send the original copy to your sponsor and your's will be the photo copy. Unlike in NationWide I heard to the other forumer's it took 2 weeks to release that Medical Report you have to go back to get that. About the fee, hubby paid it online then he printed the form and receipt and included it to our application forms.

malas namin coz sa nationwide kami nagpunta, ung med report mkkuha pa lang namin sa dec 23, kahapon nagpamed hubby ko. for our case ok lang kasi sa january pako bbalik sa Canada so we have time to "kill"
