This is my Timeline now!
Permanent Residence We received your application for permanent residence on June 20, 2011. We started processing your application on October 19, 2011. Medical results have been received.
May mga tanong lang po ako..
For late payment of RPRF ($490): Basically CEM will inform CPC-M that you have not paid the RPRF. Then CPC-M will send a notification mail (via postal) to the Sponsored Person requesting you to pay the RPRF but the fees have to be paid by the Sponsor. 2.. advise: wag nang antayin ang RPRF request, pwede kayong magbayad ng kusa without the notification letter (like other forumers did); just indicate your client or immigration file no.
God Bless po and to GOD be the GLORY. Salamat po

a. It is advised to pay the processing fees and RPRF at the same time. For late payment of RPRF, additional 2-month delay in the finalization of the PR application. Try to read the link that I attach below for more info.https://docs.google.com/document/d/1LF-oK0c_F9kKPfiP9MjlKZZ1RzqQVCRLOKWV3QsRGZI/edit?hl=fil&pli=1

Canada introduces new 'super visa' for families Agence France-Presse Posted at 11/05/2011 8:41 AM | Updated as of 11/05/2011 8:41 AM MONTREAL - Canadian officials on Friday announced a new two-year, multi-entry "super visa" for parents and grandparents of immigrants settled in Canada. The move came after wait times for sponsorship of "family class" applications had grown to an unwieldy seven years or longer. "Without taking action, those times will continue to grow, and that is unacceptable," said Citizenship, Immigration and Multiculturalism Minister Jason Kenney in announcing the move. "Action must be taken to cut the backlog, reduce the wait times, and ensure that the parents and grandparents program is sustainable over the long run," Kenney said. The multiple-entry "Parent and Grandparent Super Visa" will be valid for up to 10 years, officials said, and allow applicants to remain in Canada for 24 months before needing seek visa renewal. The new visas will begin on December 1 and the will be issued, "on average, within eight weeks of the application," officials said.

hi beast, sa case mo ..nitry mo na bang icheck ecas using ur client id as a sponsor? kapag ginamit mo kasi ung client id mo..makikita mo both stages (1sponsor and 2sponsored person) using your client id as sponsor... 2 ways kasi yan ng pagcheck ng ecas.. 1. u can use ur client id as sponsor..(type in your info as sponsor, e.g client id no., your bday , birthplace ) 2. using UCI or file no. ng sponsored person (which is wala ka pa since inde pa dumadating ang PPR ng asawa mo sa pinas) makukuha lang tong UCI number or file no.. pag dating ng PPR (passport request) letter sa spouse mo sa pinas..which is sa case mo i believe, ito na ang next na antay mo (PPR) since niforward na ng cpc-M sa CEM ang papers ng spouse mo... usually kasabay ng PPR na ito ang iba pang kulang na documents na gustong ipasubmit sa inyo ng CEM..ang tanong mo na bakit kailangan magsubmit pa ng NBI or AOM.. you dont need to worry bout it...kasi case to case ito..siguro ni example lng ng isang sis natin dito ung kulang nya... for your case...wait for the PPR muna para malaman mo kung ano pang ibang documents ang gusto nila...if you think may kulang ka pa na inde na submit bago pa man dumating ang PPR ..then tsaka mo na iprepare... eto ang mga common na documents na na mimiss ng most of our kaforum dito... para lng may idea ka..1. police clearance from overseas 2. AOM (advisory on marriage certificate) 3. h.s. records 4. baptismal certificate 5. divorce records etc.. 6. nbi, kapag expire na..7. minsan remedical... so if you think may mga kulang ka pa..then prepare mo na.. para pag dating ng PPR with additional document request then handa ka na diba.. sana dumating na ppr mo:)

Hi Mariposa and Mrs.vip,
Thank you very much uli sa inyo.

i read this post regarding filling up the forms. For the new Generic form IMM 008, should i put N/A for every blank box? Do you think it will be fine if i scan the last page with 2 bar codes and send the last page for my husband to sign? Please advise. Thank you all for your help.

Thanks for the input EMRN...
one more question.... what proof should i present? any idea?
you can present a joint account, a rental contract or receipt that has both ur names on it, pictures, letters from friends, family or even your landlady, travels, any proof that will convince them that you were cohabiting together for at least a year. :-)

@ HAWKS: common-law means you have stayed together for at least 12 months but in my case it's not, though every year umuuwi ako for at least a month then back to work again. there's no problem with kids kasi they're all under my name naman...si kumander lang kasi di pa kami kasal... ok since there is the marriage barrier like we don't have divorce here in the Philippines then might as well go through the conjugal partnership route.

usually po kasi nageexpire na ung nbi clearance kaya humihingi sila ulit, or if may mga hindi nagpasa sa application (like me, nalimutan namin) hehe! Advisory of Marriage and AOM, kinukuha po din yan sa NSO, using the Cenomar form.
