Our dear old friend (NOT) Immigration Minister Kenney wants to increase Federal Skilled Worker intake and DECREASE SPOUSAL INTAKE for 2012!!!!  There is another thread about this, but long story short, write your MP and tell them that this is NOT acceptable!

hi halos magkapareha tayo ng status since I am also separated dito sa pinas but not yet annulled kaya lang the difference is wala pa kami baby ng partner ko and I'm not abroad. Yes pwede mo sila isama you can add him as common law but dapat u have proofs that u lived together for atleast 1 year.

Hello! tanong lang... ikaw ba ang nsa canada? kasi kung nsa canada ka pwede ka na file ng divorce as long resident ka na ng canada for a year u don't need to file for annullment. Para mas ok na status mo.

My husband called me this morning at 10:30am canada time..
Very excited to tell me that he got his visa today.

He'll be living on November 18, 2011

Before that he needs to attend the Seminar from CFO to ge the sticker..

I'm wishing everyone to have a speedy process so we can be all reunited with our spouse.
