nakapagfile ka na ba ng income tax this year dito sa canada?? if yes, dun nmn nila ibabase if option c ang kailangan mo..since yun naman yata talga yung isa sa mga requirements natin for spousal sponsorship....madali lng un sis..tawag ka lang and request mo lng un..tas mga 2-3 days send na nila by mail..

ok thanks a lot, kaso dumating ko d2 s winnipeg  feb.23 so mag 8mos palang ko dis coming 23.so probably next year pa ko maka2pag aply?eh start ng pagsubmit ng tax sabi by feb pa, isa pa new immigrant ko baka daw medyo matagal dumating 'yong  i-request ko na tax assessment. hindi ba pwd sis na mag-apply ko kahit certificate of employment lang and payslip ipakita?thanks

  @  jungle ganyan din nangyari sa akin... eto waiting pa din.... january application received ako FEB Passport request medicals done april... ngayon yung ecas ko wala pa nagbabago... sana dumating na

naku, keep on praying! sabi nga nila hindi updated ang ecas, yaan mo at isang araw e masu-surprise ka na lang at kakatok na sa door si mr DHL! ask ko lang na-try mo na ba mag follow up?

Yung husband ko wala pa din one year na PR. Pero na approve sya na sponsor. Di rin po kami nakapagsubmit ng Option C.
Gumawa lang kami ng letter of explanation, included all his paystubs and certificate of employment.
We also included a letter from the bank stating that he has a good credit standing.

Thank you so much sa info., at least nabuhayan ko.hirap malayo sa anak kaya gusto ko ng kunin sila.kanino nyo po address 'yong letter?Naisip ko po kc habang meron pang work eh magstart na ko ng application.saan po pala kayo sa canada?winnipeg din po ba?Ilan months po inaabot 'yong papers ni husband nyo sa canadian embassy pinas?thanks

Wala nilagyan lang namin ng names namin na header tapos
meron kasi yan makikita nyo sa mga forms na kailangan i-fill up.
Subukan nyo na po idownload yung mga forms para makita nyo. Malalaman nyo
kung san nyo isasagot yung mga ganyan na issues.

Tama po start nyo na yung application habang may work.
Para may masubmit kayo na mga paystubs at COE.
Opo sa Winnipeg din kami Yung husband ko is under MPNP before, less than a year nakaalis na sya.
After 6 months nya dun, umuwi sya for us to get married then after 3 months bumalik na din sya dun.
Saka kami nagprocess ng application ko.  Right now, waiting pa rin po kami sa last stage. Pero hopefully
kagaya ng lahat ng iba pang June applicants dito at naghihintay ng DM, sana magkaron na ng good news this week.

ive stumbled a forum here about security checks.. maybe this is the reason on my side because of background check. Anyone here that is in the military same as mine?

i think this is keeping my application too long... i've been in the military service since 2008... my active duty just expired last July 2011... but all my docs has been passed already... still waiting for my visa. ill followup when my processing times expires. for now ill just enjoy life here and not to think about it... i know it will come someday.

bro, may effect din kaya sa delay yung may tatak na ang passport mo? Like nagpunta ka abroad for business meetings and trainings.

AFAIK, If more than 6 months yung stay abroad it will be considered in the background and security check PLUS they will ask for police clearance from the country you stayed.
