Hindi naman po nila tinanong. tinanong lang po nila yun sigarilyo ilan dala ko and kung may meat ako dala..  pero may nakahanda ako list ng mga dala ko kung sakali hingiin ,, pero di naman nila hiningi. yung declaration card lang na bigay sa plane yung hiningi nila.. Correct!  |

@ jrd1979 and kmaep,thanks po..alam mo ung pkramdam nung feeling mo ang tagal na,5 months nadin since we send our application sa cic..walang araw d qo nalungkot and naisip c mahal...anu ba yung 10 months upon cic o upon cem receive d application,hope everything is just ok..
@ hunterskeepers01 yah i know how you feel.. ako nga nun via mail pa mga docs ko nakaka loka isipin if natanggap ba nila o hindi.. pero im sure tanggap nila yun.. hirap lang talaga mag antay ng update patience lang talaga.. divert mo muna sa ibang bagay kasi talagang nakaka stress.. and think positive always  pero as of now wala kang magagawa lalo pat nasa processing times palang application nyo... wait wait wait good luck |

Base sa experience ko under spouse sponsorship, make sure na you submitted all the required documents and present it in a way na organized at in order, make sure na you filled up the forms base sa specified instructions, in my case,gumamit ako ng software base na application to fill up the forms in pdf format while yung wife ko naman filled it up in print (handwritten) she try hard though to make it clear and readable kasi sabi niya yung handwritting niya is a disaster talaga even wayback school days pa.
Case to case basis ang application natin kasi it depends talaga sa Visa officer na hahawak ng application natin, the most important thing is ma convince mo siya na genuine yung relationship mo with your partner. I suggest you gather all available supporting documents, pictures, letters, boarding passes, cards, remittance reciepts, telephone bills, chat logs, chat history, your love story, etc and present it well... i posted pictures of the documents that we submitted sa page 835... sana makatulong. good luck
Hi thanks i hope mahawa ako sa luck nung mga fast processing, iniisip ko kasi parang mas mabilis yata pag both Filipino yung husband and wife compare sa mga citizen yung spouse. My spouse is a Canadian citizen just got married last June pero like what you said case to case nga siguro hopefully ma convince namin ung VO para di matagal ung case namin, we've got trips together- hotel vouchers, plane tickets, photos with my family, places we've been, wedding photos, remittances though di masyado madami kasi di ko na keep, chats and prior to our wedding 3x nya ko pinuntahan sa Pinas sa 3rd visit kami kinasal. Then this coming Oct he will visit me again here in UAE and pinadala ko din sa application namin ung ticket nya. Then uwi na ko ng Pinas by December to wait for my visa there or call from the embassy. kakalungkot nga lang talaga kasi its more than 2 months now for the sponsor approval. Hope that it will change soon, i wisssshhhhhh |

@ kmw all applications are different and case to case basis.. there are no factors that would make your application very fast when it comes to approval..it depends on the V.O who is holding or processing your papers.. @ KMAEP Thanks |
