Hi good eve to everyone, may question lng po ako, if mareceive na po ang PPR and other reqquested documents, and il be sending it through a courier, san po ba ang address na ilalagay, i already read this here in the thread before kaya lng too many pages na to back read, if there's a link po where i can see the info about this, please give me the link na lng po and for those na may answer nman for this question, il appreciate any info's u can give. I'm trying to read din kase sa website nila di ko na mahanap, ang alam ko dati when i was completing the forms in application eh nabasa ko yun di ko lng tlaga mkita ngayon.

And pano po ba ang ginawa nila, pinagsama sama nlng sa isang envelope, then name, client number and address po ang nasa labas???

And which is more advisable, personal submission thru drop-box sa CEM or thru a courier.

Nung nareceive ko yung PPR ko.,may nakalagay dun na address ng CEM.,yung address na yun ang nilagay ko envelope ng courrier.,sa awa ng Diyos nakarating namn the following day pagka send ko.,regarding sa mga Docs.,gumawa din ako ng checklist ng requested documents,.checked each of it,.,nilagay ko sa isang envelope lahat ng requested docu's./,sealed it.,then nagprint ako ng details ko.,i.e. app number,,birthdate.,address phone number..,then dinikit ko sa harap ng envelope na pinaglagyan ko ng mga requested docs,.,then thats it/..went to the courier service office then sent ko na.,.,double check everything before sending your docs.,.,keep it organized as you can.,it will help your visa officer save some time arranging your docs if everythings in place.,

Here's my timeline:

June 2, 2011   Application received at Saskatchewan (Application of my wife to sponsor me)
July 11, 2011   Started processing my wife's Sponsorial Application and also sent a letter to wife referring to the decision.
August 15, 2011    Canadian Embassy in Manila received and approved my wife's application to sponsor me
August 19,2011     I received a letter dated August 16,2011 requesting to submit my passport and other documents (Advisory on          Marriages by NSO)
August 22, 2011     Passport and add.documents dropped off at Manila office basement
September 22, 2011    My mailing address appeared on CIC Canada/On-line Services Website
October 5,2011      Already 8 weeks have passed since dropped off but still NO Passport with Visa receive and still waiting for results

HI!! yung address nasa letter yun ahm visa section nakalagay, rcbc plaza makati basta ganun ang address nya..
pag samahin mo lahat ng doc.. then sa labas ng envelope lagay mo rin yung immg file number para mas mabilis da ako kasi di ko nailagay yun..

in terms of submission if your within the city then drop off pero kung hindi courier nalang.. ako sa experience ko post offoce lang kala ko di dumating sa CEM at wala naman tracking number ang post office..

pag DM na mas nakakainip nanaman ang mag antay ng visa kesa ma DM.. lalo pat if 1 week 0r 2 weeks na di dumadating ang visa?? nakakaloka!!
ako nga after 1 month ko pa nakuha after DM ang visa ko...

yes sis im an April batch too.. DHL (wwwexpress)just delivered my today around 6pm..

nagdedeliver pala sila ng gabi...nways..congrats syo..and sa mga nakareceive na ng visa ..

Hì ask qo lang f nka specific c na naka visa section kapag sinend ung passport..kc akin d yata specific sinend qo lang canadian embassy..baka kc till now d pa nk2ta o napupunta visa section passport qo..sent it aug.17 pa..wala padin upd8 kase ecas qo..

kompleto po sa instructions ang bawat sulat ng CEM specially PPR, including addresses and how to send them and deadlines. When you submit, always accompany with photocopy of the cem letter and check/highlight the items you are sending para makita nila na nacomply mo lahat. Sending another list may just confuse the VO because he will go back to the letter anyway. He may not rely on your list if checking for compliance. Pagsamasamahin mo lang sa big envelope preferably in the order they were asked in the letter.

Wag ka masyadong magrely sa old posts because things change from time to time lalo na sa deadlines, some 30 days or 60 days to submit. Yun lang po nasa sulat ang sundin and you'll be alright.
