nagcheck ako ng ecas ko..ung side ko ha(sponsor) may nakalagay in process, nung May 24, 2011, ngyon lang niupdate ..hello!! overdue na to eh...pero at least may nagappear diba! hehehe...
Ganyan din sa akin un sa sponsor nging in process at dm xa eh tagal n un pero dati wala nmn jejeje mau adress n din c hubby n nkalagay.mag-eemail nanaman aq sa visa office sabihin q bat un iba eh may mga visa na agad.ask q din ano pb need nila n documents n dapt nmin iprovide.kainis kc. |

di po nada-download yung form na yun eh...it was attached when CEM send me PPR...kaya if they send you PPR dun ka lang makakakuha copy try to produce many copy by photocopying it..baka magkamali ka at least you have extras....if you wish to have a copy for your reference try to save the image by clicking the right mouse button and SAVE IMAGE AS...God bless po... |

No, it will not affect your eligibility.. For dependent children, ONLY the AGE is locked-in not the dependency (IP2 section 5.17)

The 21yo age will locked-in during the PR application.. Assuming 2 years inabot yung approval ng PR by that time 23yo kana... but sa application mo at sa CIC you are still considered as dependent child of your parents... As long as single ka... pero it doesnt mean hindi ka pwedeng mag trabaho once PR is granted... hindi naman ibig sabihin na dapat maging financially dependent ka pa rin sa parents mo considering you are already at the right age as an adult. |

guys ask ko lng proof of costudy ba ang birth certificate? the embassy wnts me to provide proof of costudy of my partners kids from previous marriage
Hi, I don't know is it's u who's the sponsor or your husband? If you are, ask your husband to go to a notary public and have him make a self affidavit that he has been separated with his wife and for how long and that he doesn't want anything to do with her and that she has the custody of their kids, however the embassy might still ask for the children's medicals for an option to sponsor them in the future. This is what I did but then my application is still in process so I don't know if that can help. Just my a piece of advice though. |

i dont know how am i gona produce that  , first they are below 7 so batas ng pilipinas automatic sa mom ang punta ng bata, 2nd i dont wna deal with my partners ex wife...i dont know what the embassy wants saying provide • Proof of custody of children from sponsor's previous marriage, please help me im going nuts here @ lagunabeachbabe i think you better ask for legal advice or sa representative nyo kasi very complicated yang sayo lalo pat di pa legally separated ang sponsor mo sa wife nya.. i think isang big deal yun kaya maraming hinihinging requirements!! |

i agree. In Canada common law is a legal status meaning you have legal right as if you are married. You are legally acknowledged as common law wife and husband. That is the reason why PR and Canadians can sponsor their common law partners. But in your case, your husband is not legally separated nor annulled. In law, he is still married to the other girl. iF vo will approve your case, that is against Philippine Family Law. But then again I am not a lawyer. I am not trying to be negative but getting a lawyer and have your case legally sorted out will be the right thing to do. We all want the easy way out. If we can spare not to spend a dime we would. But in your case i don't think there is any other choice. Will take thousands of dollars ( I think the girl I know spent almost 5K Cdn for annulment) and years but in the end it is all worth it.
