I see. Sa email na lang nila binigay sa yo. If we could suggest they do snail mail and email. Para sure. Time wasted time lost. The embassy should have noted this post lapse-and learned from it. Naku, bigyan natin cla ng seminar kaya on how to better their correspondence.

to: all kafurom,embassy send my hubby PPR letter then c mang post man he didnt give it directly sa haus ng hubby q instead he gave it sa kapitbahay nila n cousin ng hubby q luckyly binigay p din un letter sa hubby q afer a week kht na ndi maganda ang relationship nila ng mga pinsan nya so ang point q is bk un lettr n ndi narereciv eh binibigay lng ng post man kc sa kapitbahy nyo and those people nmn who recieve the letter eh ndi binibigay,wat i did is i send a email to embassy informing them na incase of urgent notification regarding his aplication is advise him thru email coz post is not reliable in thier area or they could reach him in his cell number.i think its better ganyan n lng gawin nyo advise them to email n lng regarding sa papers nyo din.

sa aor ko passport request lang. then nagpadala sila ng isang letter ulit asking for a copy of my husband's divorce petition (which i received in the mail). so sinabay ko na lang yung passport ko. tsaka appendix a na copy na binigay ng friend ko sa akin.

tapos i emailed the embassy sabi ko pinadala ko na yung additional docs tapos sinabay ko na rin yung passport ko kasi di ko natanggap yung ppr ko. then sabi nila ok lang daw yun tapos they attached a copy of the appendix a for me to look para daw sure na tama yung napadala kong appendix a. tapos sinabi nila na passport lang yung nasa ppr ko. and that ang only additional docs ko eh yung divorce petition which request they sent me on aug.1 na natanggap ko.

Ah ok.. That is clear... nakaka lito lang sa mga terms.. Actually,  sa AOR letter nakalagay na rin doon yung passport request (PPR) and additional docs (APPENDIX A) at kung anu pang hinihingi ng CEM.

nice hndi allow inotarize ang seperation agreement, kc dw sabi ng law firm iliegal dw un sa pinas, hndi nila ninonotarize, ang kinikilala lng dw ay legal separtion at anulment, kya un may sign nila both nsbmit n min sa embassy pero hndi un notarize, now my prob is i cnt get anythin kpg involve un ex nya, hndi un cooperative, ngttaka ako why they wnt costudy eh canadian citizens un bata, plus in law if below 7 ang bata sa mother automatic mppunta unless mgfile ang father sa court at mnlo un case, , so ang mapprovide ko lng na proof is yun anulment case n ginawa ng abogado pero hndi cy anafile sa court kc nga ang mhal ng fees bgla ngbgo un fees, then custody case n finile sa court pero binawi ng partner ko kc ngverbal agreement nlng cla na sa girl n un costudy and susupot nya financially, enough proof ba yun na separated na tlga sila?since umabot na nga sa korte?

Hi sis try to ask another lawyer sis im sure may iba willing to notarize and explain more that you want it so badly now if not dalhin mo rin yun yung na submit mo pag may copy ka,nag provide kaba na nag sign yung x a paper tungkol non accompanying yung kids dapat kasi mag sign siya kahit non accompanying yjng mga kids,oo automatic yun sa mother pero i have 20 years old  son at hiningian ako nang custody sa embassy but all is written in my finality ,dalhin lahat ang mga papers na file nya sa court kahit hindi tapos its still a proof sis,but for now kung anung decision mo at kailangan mo ang x niya go to barangay as ive said they are willing to help like what i did hindi mag sign yung x ko doon kami na settle but wow yung hubby mo dapat mag work dito kaya lang  wala siya any brothers or family sa hubby mo baka makatulung sayo ask a sign from his x na ang custody sa kanya plus aggreement na so support yung hubby mo sa kanila.

     yung mga receipt sa support na pinadala nang hubby mo ask a copy from your hubby at dalhin mo rin yun thats another proof at sana naka pangalan sa kanya i mean sa x niya or sa kids,anything na proof sis dalhin mo at e organize mo nang mabuti .

Hi guys! I got a letter last July from the embassy requesting me to have an Interview this September... I was so worried because most applicants don't have it.

But the other day I had the interview, everything went well and even got the decision right away as "approved"!

So my advice to fellow applicants who will be having their interview, don't panic or get stressed.. An Interview can be a good thing after all

Yes prettyboy. I did what u just wrote. Kahapon pa. Who knows when they will write the reply I requested via email. This did not happen only to me. Andami na cguro. History repeats itself to other applicants. Kakalungkot.

nice sis negative un to communicate with his ex, the girl hate me i think, plus shes been making me and my partner missrble, il try to ask other lawyers, bkit kailangn ng non acompanying sis?eh ako un aplicant hndi ko nmn anak un mga bata kya ngttaka ako, pano kaya un, un lng tlga ,mpprovide ko proofs eh ok lng kya un?
