Need your help guys asap cause i will be sending my application today but when i scanned my application form for my husband there is 1 question really bugging me... APPLICATION TO SPONSOR AND UNDERTAKINGS IMM1344A Section C question no. 6. b,c hindi ko po alam kung anu ang isasagot na confused ako sa question "if you are sponsoring a member of the spouse or common-law partner IN CANADA CLASS, don not complete b and c procedd to 7 immidiately.

so pag kakaintindi ko IN CANADA CLASS was inland application right? so i need to answer the B and C
but nakalagay sa B. if the above address in not in the country of nationality of the person you are sponsoring, has that person been lawfully admitted for a period of atleast 1 year in the country where he or she living? : in the first place my husband leaves in the country of nationality, if i answer  YES  parang sinabi ko na hindi sya nakatira sa kung saan sya born right? kung NO naman parang hindi naman sya admitted sa country kung saan sya nakatira.... then sa C sasagutan ko din ba?

help naman guys hindi ko na ba sagutan to? need your help asap.. thanks po

Hi Filipina, pag In Canada, means ikaw at ung inissponsoran mo parehong nasa canada so skip mo na yung b and c. Pg outland naman which means nasa Pilipinas yung husband mo, you have to answer it kung yung address is not in the country of nationality. Since you said your husband lives in his country of nationality, you don't need to answer b and c. I scanned my documents and I didn't answer it..I hope tama yung ginawa ko kasi I was approved naman as a sponsor..hehe..sana nakatulong ako at hindi kita nilito lalo..Smiley

Thank you po. Wink

you're welcome po...ahm..ask ko lang, passport lang ba hiningi sa inyo?..I mean hindi na ba sila nag-ask pa ng ibang documents tulad ng karamihan dito sa forum?..kasi yung husband ko, nung natanggap niya AOR niya, yung pp lang pinapadala sa kanya, it's been three weeks na and medyo nag-aalala ako na biglang may hingin sknya..Nabasa ko kasi dito sa forum usually ksbay ng AOR kung may request pa silang documents o kaya 1 week after mareceive ung AOR...

wow...ang swerte niyo naman..sana ganun din kami...kaso kinakabahan ako na hingan pa siya ng documents tulad ng high school records or voter's id kasi late registration siya...ang naipass lng namin is yung birth certificate niya from NSO at birth certificate from local registrar..sana ok na yun...hehe...anyway, congrats ulit..Smiley

hi filipina, is your case like this: you are the sponsor, and you are sponsoring your husband who is in the Philippines, if yes then in 6. a) just fill-up his(ur husband) addr then tel # and you DONT need to answer b and c. #7 question is kong may ibang mailing addr ang husband mo from where he lives then put another addr but if its the same then put "not applicable" on #7.

for example: may instances kc na minsan un place kc kong san tau nakitira eh masyadong malayo sa civilization kayat iniiba ang mailing addrs kesa sa kong san tau nakatira; for this reason nagbibigay tau ng ibang addrs na mas madaling makatanggap ng mails; halimbawa ulit sa mga kamag anak naten from the city don cla magpapadala kong un ang ilalagay mong mailing addrs mo, un ang relationship ng number 6 and 7 question.

Hello guys... here I am again....
I just want all of you to know that the letter that I got from CEM is a letter requesting an EVIDENCE OF RELATIONSHIP. I was so excited last Monday when the postmaster told me that I have a mail from embassy. I thought, it's my PP with visa on it. But my excitement ends up into a disappointment this morning when I finally got the mail.

Here's what the letter states:

Date: 7 Oct. 2010

Dear xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx,

This refers to your application for permanent residence in Canada. In order to continue the processing of your application, we require the following:

* More documentary evidence of relationship such as significant photos that were not taken during the wedding, phone bills reflecting calls made to each other, emails and other proof of continuous communication from 2009-present. Then PW file pending compliance...

Only original documents or, when available, certified documents are acceptable.

Regards,

Imm Section...

Guys, please help me in this ... My husband is not fond of picture taking and so do I. So, we only have few photos together that were not taken during the wedding. I only have 4 photos on my hand... Is this okay? Or do I need more? We only have so many pictures during our wedding. Then regarding on phone bills, well, I'm only using prepaid cards from Globe and Smart to call him.... what I gonna do with this? Do I have to attach this empty prepaid cards? I don't think it makes sense...  Sad Anyway, my husband in Canada had a phone bills statement.... Is it okay if I will attach his phone bills in this requirements that the CEM asked from me? Then talking emails... well, we didn't exchanged emails because we only used to communicate via yahoo messenger chat and phone calls. If there is one who sent email.. then, it's me...I sent him an email attaching the pictures of the house we built here in my hometown but he didn't respond to those emails because it's enough for him to get the pictures of our house improvements. So, do I have to make printouts of ur chatlogs? or printouts of the email I sent to him?

And guys...will this delay my application?
Please hear me out... I need some advice and ideas from anyone of you here...
Thanks a lot ....

Don't be sad fil_love_can, everything will be okay..just comply with their requirements. I think that four pictures will do and attach a paper explaining that you and your husband are not fond of taking pictures (which I also did on my application)...but I strongly suggest that it'll be better if you can find more photos like your pictures during your honeymoon or any picture with your friends or relatives, not just you and your husband. I think if you send a picture of you together with your family or friends, they will see that both of you know each other very well.

With regards to your communication, you can print out email or yahoo messenger chatlogs. I sent chat log conversations too. Also, if you have remittance slips like western union or moneygram, you can send them too which will also serve that the two of you have continuous relationship. You can ask your husband to send his phone bill statements to you and include them with your other proof of relationship.

I think it's also good to send the pictures of your house you sent to him. Just make sure to include concise explanation about it. And another thing, you can also ask a member of your family or his family or your friend to write a letter about you and your husband. Let them write how and what they know about your relationship. I think this will help since the immigration officer wants you to prove to him/her that your marriage is not just marriage of convenience. Send everything that you think will help prove/ show that you're in a genuine relationship.

Good luck..SmileySmileySmiley

I'm sorry to hear about that filipina_love_canadian.. I really am. I know how frustrating it is but what's more important now is that you gather ALL of possible additional proofs of your relationship. I strongly agree with dream_05's suggested proofs. You may also try including receipts of your trips together, perhaps? Or plane tickets? Or even a copy of your joint account if you have one? Just include everything that you have! Wink

And just remember that as long as you know that what you and your husband have is true, nothing and no one can be a hindrance. God Bless! Smiley
