That's what I did.
I'll let you know kung ano sagot nila.
If ... a birth, marriage or death occurred in another country and is not registered with NSO Then ... provide the original certificate issued abroad.
I'm sure that'll help.
Good Luck sating lahat.
but also i provide original marriage certificate.........................so oo nga so if my husband get aom tapos lumabas cenomar okey lng kasi ang i rpovide ko lng yung original ng marriage certificate /////................wel wait ko pa rin yun answer mo sakin ha thank you ................. at least now you help me to relax ...................jean22 if ever you come here sa vancouver let me know .....give you free dinner and tour ...........

IDENTITY AND CIVIL STATUS DOCUMENTS 1) For the Philippines The following original documents are required for you (principal applicant, regardless of age) and for each of your dependent children, if applicable:
•Birth Certificate •Marriage Certificate •Death Certificate •No record of marriage (CENOMAR) or Advisory on marriages
dahil sa word na or marami ang na confuse but di na lang ginawang and we could save a lot of time, just my opinion

That's really sweet ella! hehe... Actually I've been to VanCity. Bumisita ako for a week with my then GF (spouse and sponsor now) just touring. Vancouver is a beautiful place and I'm sure bibisita ulet kami dyan some time in the near future. Will love to meet you and your husband. Hay... sana nga lang. But wait, pano kung OR nga talaga (which I strongly believe is the case here). I guess we'll find out tomorrow pagkapunta ko ng embassy.

ask ko lang mga frends.... magkano ang binayaran nyo sa courier para sa pagsend ng passport to embassy? and anong courier ang napili nyo? and how about kung ibabalik na ng embassy yung passport/visa and other orig documents, babayaran din ba natin yung courier na ginamit nila? if your from Manila, i think mas ok kung idrop mo nlang sa embassy mismo, sa RCBC sa makati. Yung pagbalik ng passport sakin with visa, i paid P95.50, DHL un nagdeliver I'm from San Mateo, Rizal, depende cguro un price kung saan lugar mo

Hi ella, i have a suggestion. i think you can go to NSO and ask for endorsement ng marriage cert mo, since you already have a notarized copy of your paper from phil consulate sa vancouver, pwde ka mag-ask don kung pano ma-expedite yung process para di kayo maghintay ng 3-6mos. though it will still take a month bago kayo magka marriage cert d2 sa NSO. pro atleast dba d kayo maghihintay ng 3-6mos. Tpos you can include yung date sa letter mo na sa ganitong date mo makukuha un AOM. para mas malinaw sa embassy yun issue

yah my husband send his cenomar but ang hinihingi is aom so sbi ng fren same daw yun so may be embassy checking my husband status ala nangayri iba kasal cguro ganon
Sa case ko nmn, di ko alam un AOM dati nung nagrequest sila sakin, so ang nipass ko is our NSO marriage cert and never akong nagsend ng AOM/Cenomar. I guess they considered kc they never ask me again for any marriage related doc and i got my visa na. Sa dami ng-aapply, kabisado n nila cguro un mga ganyan cases and they know nmn cguro you can't get an AOM agad agad. it just so happen na yun ang template ng letter nila for AOR and yun tlga ang standard process na sinusunod nila kaya pag tumawag sila sayo, yan ang hinihingi nila (in my opinion ) pro xmpre may exceptions pa din yan, and they will consider nmn yun mga ganyan situation. Just send the notarized paper you got from the Phil Consulate, that's enough proof naman cguro. pro still pa endorse mo pa din un marriage cert mo para mas mabilis kayo maregistered sa NSO. hope this helps!

hello to all! i wish someone could answer my question regarding the AOM... I just read the email of CEM now telling me that they need the "AOM of XXX" which is "ME" since i am the one applying for the VISA... I was wrong with my thinking before that CERTIFICATE OF MARRIAGE is just the same as ADVISORRY OF MARRIAGE... I have passed the certificate of marriage with our passport last sept.21 to CEM and just yesterday the email were sent to me. And now, i was really upset, because i know that this will delay our application.. huhuhu... my question is... how long it will take to get a copy of AOM and how much it would cost? The embassy is given us 45 days to comply with the requirements they are asking for. PLEASE HELP ME... Hi chie-chie, don't be too upset. na-feel ko din yan 2 mos ago.. super! we have same situation. but i got my visa na. ang bilis nga eh.. check my timeline so i guess there's no need to stress yourself na. i know, nkkastress maghintay ng visa your visa will come as long as un ibang proof of relationship docs nio are all complete. I can't believe NSO application form only have options for Marriage cert, death cert, cenomar but no AOM.. they're just confusing the applicants.. haist It will take a week to get AOM.. did you get another email to pass AOM na nagkamali ka daw ng pinasa? isunod mo n lang. I believe it wont cause any delay.

hello po! good day to all!!! thank you so much sa mga nag give po ng information sa amin regarding my queries... Since it's Monday now here in Manila, i will be going to NSO to request for my AOM... As i was talking with my husband yesterday, he felt bad also because AOM is not familiar to him... But of course, we have no choice but to produce that AOM needed by the CEM... We are hoping na after namin mapass ang AOM eh wala ng irequest ulit ang embassy na other docs because as far as we know, complete naman po ung lahat na papers na pinass namin sa CPC-M... @ filipina_love_ca - thank you po, i hope na hindi naman po ganon kalaki ung impact ng delay sa processing ng papers namin... @ sslferrari16 - hi po... nung pinass po namin ung package namin sa CPC-M complete na din po pinass namin with the marriage cert from NSO... With the email sent by the CEM last saturday, wala naman po sinabi na mali ung pinass namin na Marriage Cert from NSO... nakalagay lang po sa email is the "Advisory of Marriage" of XXX... which is ME...

@ ella So... kakagaling ko lang ng embassy. Tinanong ko yung girl sa counter about AOM and here's the jist of our conversation - ME: "Miss, hiningi sakin yung passport ko at AOM para sa processing ng PR ko. Kaso we got married abroad so wala pa sa records ng NSO yung marriage namin kaya CENOMAR ang nabigay ko. Pwede na ba yon?" Girl: "Opo sir. Basta nabigay nyo yung hiningi ng embassy ok na po yan. Ang IO na po ang bahalang mad-decide tungkol sa application nyo." ME: "Kelangan po ba naka-register sa NSO ang marriage para ma-approve ang PR application?" Girl: "Not necessarily. Wala akong authority para magsabi tungkol sa pano ma-approve ang isang application. But to the best of my knowledge, the decision will be based on everything that you submitted. Not just the AOM. If the embassy needs further documents from you, we will contact you and let you know." And that was that. @ ella - You're very welcome. That's all we can do now, hope and pray na sana wala nang maging problema ang applications natin at sana mabilis ang pagpo-process. Kakainip... But it's all for the best. Patience is a virtue right?
