Up ko lang po tanong ko, nag mail po ang CEM and they are asking for some information about me and my passport. Sa RCBC ko po i papadala to right? And drop ko lang po ba dun sa 6th floor? Sorry di po kasi malinaw san ko ipapadala sabi lang sa letter i balik ko sa kanila in 45 days after ng date na naka sulat dun.

Salamat po.

the drop box is at Basement4 (parking) of the rcbc plaza, ayala cor buendia.

Just wondering...sa PPR ko may instruction to send the passport via courier, and specifically stated that they do not accept passport thru the drop box. All docs I previously sent were placed in the drop box, except for the passport.

i do not know for the rest. you may check your ppr kung may ganito ding nakasulat. kung wala e ok naman siguro.

Where were you married In Canada ?
If no, then you don't need register IN canada. You get legal Marriage Cert. from country
you were married in. And it is best wait for that before you apply, because if you don't
they request it and your application will be delayed/or chance they don't recieve it or lose it.

Wala naman po naka sulat na di pwde sa drop box or they will not accept the passport if di courier. Pero with what the others said here, mukhang papa courier ko nalang kahit sobrang lapit ko lang sa RCBC para safer and may verification. Any courier will do naman diba?

Hi msg,

Be sure also to put your file number outside the envelope and also stick a file number at the back of your passport.. Yung file number kasi mahalaga sa kanila when identifying the applicant.. yung sa passport just in case lang mamisplace nila.. Yun lang po..

Hi Crisetphil,if you got married in the Philippines,Manila VO and even the Canadian government acknowledges any marriage that is Philippine NSO registered. Oo,he did a good thing by declaring you as his wife and his status as married.
If you were married here in Canada, you will need to wait at least 4-8 weeks till your provincial statistic office register your marriage.
I never had much trouble using my husband's name.....nung bagong kasal kami (dito na kasi kami kinasal sa Canada) lahat ng immigration docs ko is nasa maiden name ko...PP,PR card as I initially came here under a work permit. Pero other Canadian docs ko (health card,SIN and even tax forms) are in my married name. Nung na-citizen ako,dun ko na lang synchronized lahat sa married name ko.
