good evening/morning po sa lahat.  May i ask favor? hope you can help me with this (dami ko na kasing thread na tinanong walang sumasagot )

when filling up the application, may naka state don sa hubby at child : accompanying (box)   not accompanying (box)

what does this mean? if e check ko ba na not accompanying, I will pay only for myself ($550) and  that i have to apply for them later under Family Class?


if accompanying, kelangan ba sabay kaming 3 aalis or pwede silang maiwan muna til i get settled? (assuming ma approve application namin, tagal nang hindi nag update ang website ng cap eh, we are afraid baka bigla nalang mapuno ang 3152)

Yes Arrowsmom...if you only check on your part of the form....you'll only have to pay for your processing fees ($550).
Me family akong naka-usap dito na sabay sabay silang lahat na nakafile sa application (husband and wife and 4 kids). But the husband and wife opted to go to Canada first. Then after a few months (i think 6 months yata if not more),kinuha na nila 4 na kids nila. Me ganyan din akong friend na married to a Canadian but was a single mom sa Pinas....her hubby filed for both wife and step-son pero dahil sa kawalan ng pera,the couple thought the wife (minus the son) should come over first....almost 2 years din yata bago napapunta young son niya sa Canada,coz mom choose to have the son reach his 13th birthday para pwede na siyang iwan sa bahay na mag-isa .

as per july 18 2011. may new forms po pala, so we're filling it up now so may husband can submit it sa mississauga

there are several items that we are opting to answer manually  (like yung expiration ng passport ni hubby, next month pa dadating yung new passport niya, when we typed in yung old expiration ng passport niya which is August 2, 2011, hindi siya tinanggap nung system).

If i am able to understand it correctly, since the term used is ENCOURAGED, puede naman kaming mag-submit ng forms without the validation/barcode.

okey lng nmn f un old pero mas maganda un new na form gamitin u sana kc un pwede u ng iedit un form,pagwala k nmn ilalagay na ank pwede u ng idelete un na part unlike sa old form need n iprint pa tas pag ndi tinanggap ng system kc invalid n un,kc kaya may validation barcode n ngaun ang form para daw save sa time dhil madami nga confused sa old form tas binabalik ng immigtration dhil may mali nga.wait mo n lng kya un pasport ng hubby mo total ndi mo rin nmn pwede ipadala yan till wala un new valid passport number nya.ryt now magfil up k p rin para macheck mo lhat if tama nga nilalagay mo tas copyahin u n lng ulit,para sure ka.

eto masabi q lng mas mainam sana if kaya ung remedyuhan eh isabay mo na clang lahat at pahirap ng pahirap ang magpunta ng canada now its like every year may nadadag-dag na law or naabolish eh regarding sa immigrating.palaki din ng palaki ang assestment f we want to sponsor our family to come in canada.mahirap nga din buhay dito puro bills nga pero kht pano makakaraos nmn,madami nmn sa mga kabayan natin na nandito un iba single mom p at 3 kids na kakaya nmn,atleast incase sama-sama kayo ng family mo.

currently, that's what we've decided to do.  we'll wait nalang for my husband's new pp due next month.

the thing nga lang, since all of our documents, na kay hubby na since april pa, even the old forms na completely filled up na together with the medicals and additional documents.  dapat nga today na nya isusubmit yun nga lang we found out about the new forms just yesterday.  nakakafrustrate lang kasi na-delay pa, now we have to get another set of photos taken (for me and my 2 toddlers) plus get ng new police clearance since valid lang yun mga yun for 6 months kasi alanganin na masyado if by september pa kami makakapagsubmit ng forms.

last july lng kc un new form para daw mas madaling fil-uppan dhil madaming form na bumabalik sa konting mali lng nmn eh gastos pa daw un tas humahaba ang time basta lahat ng documents mo na may validity lang at alam mong ndi n aabot eh magrenew kana at un bago ang ipadala mo.cge gudnyt everyone.

-pero wala pang medical results received. hindi kaya nawala un results???

hi guys ask ko lang  sana kung ilang months nag eexpired ung nbi?? sinu po sa nyo ung na DM na den hindi hiningan ng new nbi?? kasi till now wala pa ako narereceive na request for new nbi...10 months na ung nbi ko... anu kaya pwede gawin??? pwede kaya ako magsend ng nbi kahit hindi sila nagrequest??thanks po

NBI will expired after 1 year po, got DM last sunday but they did not ask me to send new NBI kc when we filed our application in CIC-M i make sure na lahat BAGO and documents ko isyu lahat ng 2011, kya wla na bumalik o hiningi pa sken na docs..aside from my school records/baptismal and Voter's id...if i were you po i will get my new NBI since your NBI is 10 months na pla...but kng hnd namn sau hihingin ng CEM wag ka na magbgay kc may dadating sau na letter from them (CEM) asking your additional documents...kung ano ano yun??? yan ang abangan mo....basta kng ano lang hingin sau, un lang ibigay mo..hope it can help po..God Bless!!

Oh my, you and hanimeek are already IN PROCESS and we are of the same batch, exactly almost all the same dates .....
