OHHHHHH??? Isn't this SPOUSE OR FAMILY CLASS. err??? saka wala na pong ibang forum (i guess) na nagtatalk about sa query ko. and before kasi nasagot naman yung tanong ko na family class sponsorship?? saka alam ko naman na po yang sa eligibility eh. just bout sa cases na nadedeny po kasi i really have no idea bakit yung iba naman okay kahit na walang work yung sibling nila blah2. ayun po.  

Let me get it clear, who is the sponsor? The sponsor in Canada can apply for his/her parents + minor siblings (below 22). Other than that, siblings can not be sponsored except for the FC2 exception.

When you do not have a spouse, child(ren) and parents; then you can sponsor anybody.

FORM B4: PERSONAL EFFECTS ACCOUNTING DOCUMENT

You must supply two copies of a list of all the things you are bringing into the country with you, and two copies of all the things you will be sending later. Form B4 and B4A, can be used for making these list. Only the items listed on the B4 and B4A forms will be allowed in tax free.

You have to fill out a B4 Personal Effects Accounting Document, where you list any goods with you and the goods that you will send later. If your goods are not listed on your original Form B4, they are not eligible for duty-free importation at a later time.
If you need more space to list your goods, you can type out your own list or fill out form B4A Personal Effects Accounting Document (list of goods imported).
Your list should state the goods and their value. Make a list of the goods that are with you and another list for those that will arrive later. It is good to have a copy each list.
You have to give these lists to the customs officer when you arrive in Canada, even if you are not bringing in anything at that time.

Haaaayyyyy....nag-iisip na naman ako about sa TRV na yan...pero sa case ko wala naman na ako mai-a-attach kahit ano docs about my previous application kasi gawa ng ONDOY na-wash out mga gamit namin...LORD bahala ka sa amin...everything is in your Hand now...

2x rin akong narefuse ng TRV (Dec 2010 at Mar 2011) at di ko na inattach refusal letter.
i only stated the details (of both refused TRV application) such as application number, date, reason of refusal on the corresponding question..

basta ipaphotocopy niyo na ang PP, VISA at COPR kasi malayo pa ang me photocopier (mahal ang pedicab -- 40 pesosesoses)
dala niyo rin ang original sempers den 1 valid ID and 1 2x2 o passport size photo..
mabilis lang ang pila...
kukunin nila ang passport upon payment ng 400 den ibabalik ang passport with sticker after ng PDOS.

PR ba o citizen asawa mo?
if PR plng, PDOS need mong attendahan.
if citizen, GCS need mong attendahan.

Guys ung destination ko is ontario kaso plan ni hubby mgkita kami sa Vancouver  mismo sa airport mgstay kmi ng 4days don sa Vancouver  tas sbay na kami pauwi ng ontario??
dadlhin ko po ung lahat ng tickets included sa hotel reservation baka equestion nila ako...

 any advise po pls...............i need ur help po...

Ang swerte mo you got your ticket bound to YYZ on Aug. As for us, we tried to avail ticket through Korean air kaya lang fully booked na ang Aug.
in time for school opening sa Sept. got visa last July and we started to look for possible flight sa KAL afterwards but then we ended up with
PAL bound to YYZ but connecting flight sa Vancouver (YVR).

hahha i guess wala pala talagang swerte sakin, ended up booking PAL/AIRCANADAtoo.. kasi ung travel agency ko, confirmed ok na ticket ko yun pala, waiting list pa ako sa korea-toronto,m kaso hindi na nagconfirm kaya pal ako for Aug11 4pm..hehh 1100USD nabayaran ko.. MNL-YVR/YVR-YYZ

in my case ngsend ako ng explanation sa cpc m kc non nalamn ko nasa cpc m pa un app ko so ngsigurado ako un kc advice ng agent sa call center, but hndi sure if maad sya sa file mo if doon, kya what i did is send ko ulit cya together with aor and ppr sa cem para sure na maad cya lagay mo un file no.mo sa letter of explanation,

Kahit na we showed them bank accounts and business and trabaho ko dito. So naisip namin na since citizen ang hubby ko, they wanted us to apply perm res instead. and since yun din naman ang long term plan namin, we went ahead and apply.
