redtag nko u need to inform cem about ur visa denial noon, possible misrepresentation un, raniloc gnyan din ako nilgay ko details s background declration ay yes pero un recent details lng ng denial, isa details lng provide ko,the ngbsa ako thread may gnon topic, kya non ntnggap ko aor ko sinbay ko dun un updated form wth letter of explantaion include ko un detail na nadeny ako non 2007 din at un touris application na deny din sa usa, tama un ginawa mo na inform mo sila

Actually, late ko na rin nalaman na need palang isama yung previous TRV application kaya nahuli yung letter of explanation ko sa AOR, PPR & appendix A documents. Almost, 3 months difference... Sana di pa huli.. since naka "application received" pa rin yung ecas ko.
Haaaayyyyy....nag-iisip na naman ako about sa TRV na yan...pero sa case ko wala naman na ako mai-a-attach kahit ano docs about my previous application kasi gawa ng ONDOY na-wash out mga gamit namin...LORD bahala ka sa amin...everything is in your Hand now... |

guys pleas reread the questions, hndi lng trv un tinatanong, ask if ngaply ng trv,immigrant,refugee stat, ,,raniloc tama un ginwa mo tska good thing hndi p nila naoopen file mo cgruo hndi pa pinprocess they can still add your aditional info, no need to attch any refusal letter bsta nklgay un info, un sakin nilagay ko lng estimate yr and month ngaply ako trv kc i cnt remeber na bsta andon lng p un importnt info n wla tau tintago sa knila

I think they can easily find out the previous TRV application by just typing our name in their system.. In my case, I include the month and year when the TRV application was refused and the reason why i applied. I hope this information is enough let them know that we want to be truthful, honest and transparent in our PR application. |

don't worry too much about TRV, sakin kasi di ba merong part sa application na ichecheck mo kung nag apply ka before, so chineck ko lang yun then nilagay ko sa lower part yung explain, na nagapply ako nung 2010 and di na approve yun lang. di ka na sinama yung letter na binigay sakin ng immigration kung bakit di na approve. |

Thanks for the comfort you gave guys...but ang worry ko nga lang na-check ko NO..but I mentioned on my personal history na I was influenced to apply in CANADA before but not mentioning na denied ako and I did not elaborate it. haaaaayyyyyy....basta si Lord na bahala sa atin.... |

Hi Anne! I was wondering kung saang part ng application yang tanong na yan? I applied din for TRV but was denied twice. Pero di namin na-attached ung refusal letter sa perm visa application namin.  |
