binabago kasi nila yung system kasi biometrics na sa NBI so sobrang pahirapan talaga huhuhu naurong tuloy pagsend ko ng application nakakafrustrate parang another problem after the other na if after namin malagpasan ang isang hurdle meron kaagad dumadating parang hindi pa kami nakakabangon sa last problem meron na naman dumadating hay sana lang sa pag pasa ko ng app eh mabilis yung process and positive result kasi nakakapang hina na talaga ng loob.
