@ emrn- tama si red tag...almost the same din kami ng case...they were asking me also about the "details of my previous relationship with my child's father (when and how did the relationship started and ended. what is his current whereabouts)" then before you send it kilangan mong ipanotarize sa lawyer kasi pag hindi mo ginawa un ibabalik ng cem sayo yung letter...
i agree to April ...you really need the history of your previous relationship...with the medicals of your children whether with u or not...You need to file them and declare whether kasama sila sa pag migrate mo o hinde need mo silang i file and with affidavit of ur husband na allow silang mag migrate o travel with you sa Canada...and you need to notarized as they said...Hope it will help you....Goodluck po... Congrats sa lahat ng mga nag ka visa... If your bound to Winnipeg or Manitoba theres some program or classes which is free for new immigrates .... While wala pa work attend kayo ng seminar it will help you a lot specially the preparations and laws ,how to make resume and job interviews etc... |

hi peacemaker....i suggest that you need to email the CEM para alam mo kung anong kailangan mong gawin...i emaild the CEM four times nga eh and yung first three na email ko nag respond naman sila through email din. then yung pang apat na email ko sa kanila im asking about my PPR then tinawagan nila ako and advising me to send my passport and some additional docs that they needed since yung PPR ko eh it might be still in transit daw...
ayun they phoned me august 22 to send those docs buti nalang tinawagan nila ako kasi may mga additional docs na kailangan kong hingiin kay hubby s canada like divorce petition so ayun september 1 na namin naisend sa CEM yung passport and additional docs then sept.3 natanggap ko lng yung PPR letter asking the same docs...kaya kung hinintay ko yung letter nila naku DM ang aabutin ko,"delayed mode".lol
one thing more yung sinasabi mong questionable na in process sa file mo the same din tayo ganun din nakalagay sa ecas ko at kay trizziene...so normal lang siguro yun....

sis hindi yun the same sa divorce certificate, so pag divorcee ang hubby mo at hindi pa kayo nakapag pass ng divorce petition sabihin mo na sa hubby mo na kumuha xa ng divorce petition sa provincial court nila...madali lng kumuha ng ganon tas sabihin mo isend na nya agad sayo para pag dumating yung PPR at addiotional docs ready kana...for sure hihingiin talaga ng CEM sainyo yun.... |

On to PPR, ang tagal na transit naman ano? Hahaha. Kung pwede lang mgsuggest na iemail na lang nila

yep matagal talaga kasi yung letter ko dated august 17 then september 4 ko pala na received....so yun nagworry ako kasi yung mga kasabayan ko meron na silang PPR samantalang ako wala pa kaya ako ng email sa kanila, pero ang ginamit kong info is my hubby's email address... |

Hello sis redtag what do u mean relationship history of your husband and with the biological father of your son? Kasi I'm separated dito sa Philippines pero I'm not yet annuled. I'm just wondering if I will be asked that history thingy too. One of my kids are with me and the other 2 are with my ex. My marriage ended up really ugly. So I just get to talk to my kids but my ex makes it a point to make my life a living hell lol. So I'm just curious with regards to that history. Di ba meron din sa app forms about history of relationship? Senxa na ha kinakabahan din kasi ako kasi my case is a very difficult one. I just want to be prepared. Thanks again

okay lang micah:D Thank you  hay sana wala rin maraming tanong sa akin kinakabahan ako eh. Hahaha.. 4pm dating ko sa vancouver marami pa rin kayang tao ng ganung time? And 1015pm naman dating ko sa edmonton.... Yung mga baggage mo ba di na chineck or bnuksan? @ hanimeek wag po kayo mag alala masyado hindi naman ganun ka strikto yung IO dun pero i understand how it feels talaga lalo if papalapit na ang date ng flight mo hehe.., mawawala ang kaba mo sa pagod ng byahe sobra ako nga hindi nakatulog kahit isang oras man lang..., chineck ko yung baggage ko pero i think hindi nila yun bubuksan if hindi ko dineclare yung chicharon na dala ko hehe., pero mas ok kung ganun kasi mas safe baka magka record or babayad ako ng fine pero mabilis lang over all sa vancouver at mababait din mga tao dun wag kang mahiya magtanong if may queries ka, maraming tao sa student part ng Immigration pero kung saan tayo part hindi gaano, as long as walang pamilya ahead of you yun lang ang nagpapadelay minsan, inabot ako ng 1hr + dun kasi may dalawang family ahead of me tapos isang couple hehe.. good luck sa byahi and have a safe trip |

Welcome here brandonyac. The total processing time in the Philippines is 10 months plus ur wife needs to wait to be approved as a sponsor for like 50 days I think. Roughly, it is 12 months. But it might this long. Others in this forum got their visa in as short as 3 months total. Others longer. Please google Canadian Embassy Manila and look for sponsoring family. There you will be more enlightened. Hope this helps. Make sure you read the guide in applying so your processing is fast. :-) Congratulations by the way. |
