Question po: Newbie Here: Need po bang bago yung NSO certificates (BC, MC) that is to be submitted? My NSO documents po kasi, naka-1 year na from the time we got them (May 2010). Sana po may makasagot. Thank you.  oo ok lng yun, basta release from NSO wla nmn expiritaon un e, basta original copy lahat nag isusubmit mo..san mo ba gagamitin? |

yup sana this week kayo na rin! sa mga mag PDOS ok pumunta ng maaga.. wala masyadong tao tsaka mabilis lang siya! magpa photocopy na kayo sa labas. ang mahal ng pang photocopy nila! |

Sa mga seniors at mga batikan.. mag tatanong lang po...concerning "DECISION MADE"  Is it true when your ecas say "decision made", you don't know what the decision is until you receive and read the letter from CEM either it is refusal or positive decision? Is it also true if your ecas only mentioned decision made- "A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision." BUT does not mention "Medical results have been received" means the DM is REFUSAL?  This was mentioned in another thread from one forumer saying "With Manila Embassy they do not request the medicals if the application is refused. I have read of 4 refusals and it says in ECAS decision made but it does not say medicals received. If it says they have received medicals it is good news. The visa will arrive soon."IS there any sense of truth on these claims? Anyone here who can clarify this?

i will try to answer you based on my friends situation...this is last 2009 she went for interview and no decision right after the interview but after a month her ecas says decision made withouth medical received and the result is refused...and it was so sad at that time kasi dine declare nya sa forum na dm na siya pero denied pala.Pero sa case ni MLiiv yata yun dm siya pero walang medical result pero we know nag undergo siya nang redo medical so the result is positive,wala yatang ma de deny unless they will undergo an interview and the vo is not satisfied with the answer.....so dont worry if the ecas says dm din positive yun.

First.. thank you sa input mo nice2010.. May isa pa akong question... IF the VO is not satisfied with the all the information and evidence presented in the PR application, will the VO request for an interview to give the PR applicant a chance to further explain and validate any doubts regarding the PR application? OR the VO will rightaway finalized the refusal without asking for an interview? |

After over 5 months of waiting, sleepless nights and prolonged prayers... ecas finally gave me today (Aug 8 - 7pm)
this information :
We received your application for permanent residence on March 29, 2011.
We started processing your application on August 4, 2011.
Medical results have been received.
A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision. .
-application recieve lang po status ko all throughout the waiting period with medical recived last june 09.... then today it changed to decision made.
i was happy with the development but i cannot deny na somehow kabado pa rin ako if what the decision actually is...
pray lang po tayo and lets all hope for the best..
