thanks kikay08...yeah yan din inisip ko, pina ask ko si husband kung nag iissue nga ba ng such things as temporary passport etc yung consul dun,...isa pa d pa red yung passport ng husband ko...naku..pero i dont think important yun? ako nga when i applied as skilled green pa rin ang na submit ko kahit sinabi na red (tigas ng ulo haha)...buti inadvise ka ng CIC, pano ka nagtanong sa kanila, did you call or email? how? thanks thanks

Hindi nmn big deal kung green at red ang passport, mine is still green as long na matagal pa bago mag expire. Tumawag ako sa CIC d2 sa Canada, dahil nga sa case ko na expired na work permit ko tapos wala skin passport ko eh sabi nila by January need ko na umexit, buti nlang on tuesday idedeliver na yung passport ko. kaso mas nauna  ka sakin na DM wala  pa sayo  that makes me feel down..


for sure mas mauna ka pa makakuha..
malay mo bukas  kasi  syempre   monday ngaun.. mwho knows they  send it today you will get it tomorrow.

im not really sure  kung  san  siya  bumili ng ticket   from that site depende yata  kung alin dun  and associated sa aeroplan


but someone  advised me  before that  expedia.com  is good  one..

same ata tau ah.. pro mas nauna ako naDM sau kaya nga I've been expecting my visa package since last week until now... my DM batchmates got their visas same week that we got DM that's why I'm feeling so down now...sana nga andun na un bukas... my hubby kept on bugging me about it... he kept on pushing me to check in the post office everyday and to contact DHL too. He can't wait for me holding my passport back with visa on it. Actually, he'll be coming here in our country by the 19th of this month and he's expecting for me to be with him in flying back to Calgary by the 14th January... so, sana nga dumating na visa ko...

i hope and pray na we'll get our visa real soon... pra matapos na to.. nkakastress talaga...thanks a lot hentaznel... merry xmas to u too and family..

hello forum mates... I have to share this with you... I got DM last 23rd November.. so, it's been 2 weeks since I expected my visa package...and nothing came yet... So, I'm getting paranoid of waiting and decided to call the mission tel # (02857900) of Can Embassy Mla at 4pm. I heard a machine recorded voice and was given intructions how to be able to talk to someone in their except the machine. Until a man came unto the line and spoke to me... I mentioned my queries to him about my visa and he answered me that I'm approved and visa was stamped already.. but my question is ... where is it then? Anyway, we aren't able to speak well due to my bad phone connection(SMART). So, after that they called me back (6x) But I had no luck since it kept on disconnecting and we're out of time. The man on the line told me that they'll call me again tomorrow around 10am. wow! I as our conversation may go on tomorrow... I hope he'll tell me that my visa is on the way to me...

Glad i chance upon this forum with bunch of helpful and supportive people, i've been browsing the forum for the last couple of weeks and from the looks of it, im pretty sure that i'll be a frequent poster here as i have a lot of questions running over my head at the moment.

As this is my first post, let me share my case here,  my wife is a naturalized  Canadian citizen, We got married here in the Philippines last October and at the moment i was left with herculian task of filling up the forms and doing the paper works.

Im not sure if these has been asked before but being a certified newbie, here are are some of my questions.

1. I notice that the form that my wife ordered from CIC is not printed in A4 size paper as it is a bit shorter but wider, should i need to download a form specifically for a spouse sponsorship application, is it acceptable if i print it out using A4 size bond paper?

2. In filling up the forms, is it allowed to fill it up using a combination of my own handwriting and at the same time using a particular application to fill up the forms in pdf?

3. Pardon my ignorance on this one but i rarely see the form asking for the middle name, majority of which only ask for family name and given name(s). is the middle name negligible?or should i indicate it as well on the blank that ask for the given name(s) kindly clarify..

hindi po once na na DM ka saka lang po mag uupdate ang ecas saken 27days po eh nag register ako sa ecas ni mathewc para mag send nalang sa eadd ko incase na may update na ako https://ecas.carroll.org.uk kaya yun after 29 days my email ako nareceive na DM ako last nov23 so 27days lang naaproved n ako.

Before we receive our visa, there will be a DM first in e-cas, right?

My father is running out of patience waiting for our visa since my mom received her PR card. Because my mom said that once she received her PR card, our visas will be already given to us..But here on forums, I read that there will be a DM first, then next is the receiving of visa.

I dont know where they got that information regarding the process.
