meron na ba nag submit dito ng docs na partial. kase diba they're for 5 docs for me. am thinking of submitting na ung 4 to follow nalang ung voters ID. pde kaya un? or in lieu of voters ID ano ang pde i-submit?

PDOS is not for immigrants counselling something ung atin, i had mine after the wedding, bago kc sinabmit ung kit namen nag renew na ako ng passport (expiration is Jan 2011) so naka attend na ako, ang sabe sakin once I have my visa daw balik nalang ako dun for the sticker na ilalagay nila. i believe without that sticker kahet may ticket ka pa, nde ka papaaalisin sa airport ng pinas.
i remember may naksabay ako dun na canadian immigrant, nde sya na inform ayan napa=attend sya ng seminar den re-sked sya ng flight.
Actually, may 2 types of seminar para makakuha nung immigrant sticker. Yung Guidance Counseling for spouses of foreign nationals at yung Pre-Departure Orientation Seminer (PDOS) for spouses of filipino immigrants. So it doesn't necessarily mean na dahil immigrant ka eh kelangan gawin mo na yung Guidance Counseling. It depends kung ano ang nationality ng spouse. Just an FYI. |

Thank you Filipina,, immigrant ako dito di ko muna sila sinama kasi nung una di ko pa alam yung system dito natatakot kami kung ano mangyari sa amin dito,ngayon gusto ko na sila petition since may work na ako kaso ang problema 4 months pa lang ako yung sa option c 12 months,,ask ko lang po kung pwede ko pa rin proceed application ko?
AH ahhmm.. i just wondering kung anu nilagay mo sa papers mo kung not accompanying dependent ba sila? or naka declare ba sila na dependent? kung not accompany yah you have to sponsor them, ngayon kung 4 months ka palang you have to show som proof of income may mga tinatawag na low income eh so kung low income ka ibang form yata yung fill upan mo, pero kasi alam ko kailangan may 12 months ka na pay stab na ipapasa kung wala ka pang option C nasa requirements kasi yun e. not really sure ako nmaa in may case july ako dumating nag ka work ako ng sept-july so halos 10 months lang pero my option C naman ako then nag compute nalang ako ng 12 months prior sending my apps ngaun wait ko pa din result kung maaproved ako. ilan ba ang anak mo and san ka sa canada? |

what do u mean? sa immigrant visa ba o spouse sponsorship? kasi bwat province ibat ibang programs po sila like here sa manitoba may nominee program so pede general stream which is pwede ka mag sponsor ng frends and sa family class naman yung relatives naman. |

The courier called this morning but it was my nephew ans it coz im not around.he said my package will be deliver this afternoon, I waited till night but it didnt come..hopefully tomorrw it arrive.Sana dumating na din ang sa inyo guys,mas nkakastress pala mghintay sa visa:-)

I guess ur right batselei..like u I attended cfo seminar ahead when I renew my passport and during seminar it was emphasize the importnce of attending the seminar, they said all filipinos work or immigrants required to attend it. They told me also na balik nalng ako doon if ever I'll have the visa and show the cfo certificate as evidence that I already attended the seminar. @ katefs wish u a happy and safe trip!god bless! |

... @ oOcute24Oo - i understand how you feel, am a concrete example kasi almost same din my own personal experience. my mom sponsored us (together with my dad and siblings) when i was 21 to migrate. and i was days away from turning 23 when we finally landed here sa canada about 5 years ago. nag-aaral ka pa naman (which proves your dependency) and you were below the age limit of 22 when your sponsorship was filed. sana makabawas ito sa pag-aalala mo regarding your situation ... thanks.. kaso nag start yung application process d2 2 days after my 22nd birthday..  |

PDOS po is for emigrants (filipinos going abroad and planning to stay abroad permanently) - generally speaking the one you attended i believe is Guidance and Counseling Program conducted by CFO for foreign spouses (not filipino cit). ayun pwedeng advance un attendance kahit wla k pang visa. if naka-attend n ng Guidance and Counseling Program, waived n un PDOS. but for filipino citizen, it is mandatory to attend PDOS also conducted by CFO. |
