hi good news immigration call me and asking to pass my husband passport ,aom and original copy of marriage certificate......................so san kinukuha ang aom..............dito kami knasal sa vancouver so help namna pls................ need your answer please......thank you |

Sad to say, mukhang hindi tayo ma DM this week... I checked CIC site and nakalagay, Date Modified: 2010-10-13...It means kanina lang nag update ng site nila.

hello im not sure what to tell you advisory of marraige is nakukuha sa nso dito.. im not sure kasi jan u vancouver kinasal but if your marraige is registered in nso if pinaregister u sa nso then pwede ka kumuha sa dun ng AOM God Bless ! |

tama... register mo muna kasal nyo dto sa pinas NSO kung d pa un registered dito para naman makapgsecure ka ng AOM... mgbigay ka lng sa kanila ng proof na ur married sa Vancouver. good luck po...

today, i received a mail from embassy requesting for my passport, im so happy dahil ito ang inaantay ko....  but i have a few questions me note doon na " completed Appendix A (attached) for each family member, whether accompanying you to canada or not. Each family member must fill out an individual Appendix A form even he/she is not going to canada. " what does it mean? do i have to include each of my family members like father or mother gayung ako lang naman ang kinukuha mag isa ni misis? and valid NBI clearance for every family member, ano rin ibig sabihin nito? ikukuha ko sila each ng nbi clearance or ako lang? thanks sa mga sasagot............ haaaaayyysss konting waiting na lang  |

"even he/she is not going to canada". yup, u have to secure their NBI clearances too and submit them to the embassy as quick as possibly you can to avoid delays ... |

Hi, I basically had the same problem kase kinasal kame sa US and fairly recently lang (August of this year) and I also got the same request for AOM. From what I've heard, sabi ng NSO it takes awhile bago maregister ang marriage lalo na kung marriage abroad so here's my opinion - pakuhain mo na ang husband mo ng AOM sa NSO kahit hindi pa naregister. So ang makukuha mo ay CENOMAR (assuming na this is your first marriage) which is also considered as an AOM. Then submit that with the marriage certificate and passport sa Canadian Embassy. Pero ipa-register mo pa din yung marriage nyo dyan sa Philippine Consulate sa Vancouver. Pag naregister na, ipakuha mo na lang ulet yung husband mo ng AOM sa NSO kung kelangan pa ng Canadian Embassy. DONT GET CONFUSED FROM THE REPLY BELOW!!!!

Here's the thing, hindi considered family member ang mother and father when it comes to spousal sponsorship. Ang family members ay husband/wife and children. Yung lang. Ibig sabihin kung wala kang anak, ikaw lang (the applicant) ang kelangang kumuha ng NBI Clearance. Not sure kung ano ulet yung Appendix A. Eto ba yung document checklist? Or yung form asking you details about family members? Just clarify this form for me kung kelangan mo din ng help filling it up. Good Luck!!! |

yah this is our first marriage so even my husband apply aom he gonna have cenomar then yun yung submit nya sa embassy kasi i talked to immigration officer she told me not cenomar its aom what if i ask the philipine consulate a certification that our aom is on process what do you think |
