by the way hentaznel, curious lang ako. ano yung additional docs na pinadala sayo aside from your passport? sa amin kasi passport lang hiningi then after a week we got a letter from them asking for the family info sheet. yung page that asks lang yung name ng parents and siblings.

yes you did pay the right amount. i paid the same amount and that covers the right to permanent residence as well.

maya't maya check on ecas ang status ko kasi di naman sken babagsak ang email sa lawyer namin..

7/14/10-Approve By: CPC-Mississauga
7/23/10-Requested some more docs and PP  Canadian Em- Manila
8/1/10-CPC-Mississauga requested 2 pay PRfee
8/26/10-Submitted requested docs- Mla
9/12/10-In Process Eca

ask ko lang sa mga may visa na if ever cpc office requested to pay the permanent residency fee , is it agood sign?

Nakaka stress talaga...hirap maging positive minsan waaaaaaa!!!!!!!

i guess thats a good sign kasi that means they are working on it and they are at the stage kung saan kailangan na yung permanent residency fee. magka timeline pala tayo halos. they got our passport almost at the same time mga 1 week difference lang. curious lang ako anong additional documents ang hiningi sayo? kami kasi ng wife ko hiningan ng additional doc 1 week after namin sinubmit ang passport niya.

hintay lang tayo now and hopefully we get our DMs. from "in process" the only progress you will see is pag nag turn na siya into a "dm"

ang halos magkakatime line dito ay ikaw, ako and si auditman so we can update each other if merong isa sa atin na nagka DM na

Buti pa kayo nasa In process na at malapit ng Ma-DM... ako I'm still starting to submit my wife's application sa CPC-M by first week of October... ang hirap kasi pag nagwowork sa abroad ang better-half ang daming kailangang gawin. Im here in winnipeg, MB. Hope to see all of you guys. There's plenty of opportunities here that awaits every immigrant basta hindi ka lang mapili.... Sa mga malapit ng Ma-DM..... See you in WINTERpeg, Manitoba...

They asked again the history coz i left some gaps so my difference yung unang pinasa ko sabi ng lawyer ko mag send the letter of explanation.
Then about sa daughter ko affidavit ng father ng anak ko to migrate , certified municipal copy ng bcertificate nya (daughter),Permanent school record ng anak ko (elementary) halos lahat bout sa daughter ko.
History lang sken.

Sana maging mabilis na decision nila at makasama na natin asawa natin hayzzzzz!!!

Wag ka mainip just do whats the fastest way..
Send nyo na lahat ng requirements medical nso copies lahat ng nasa kit except sa Passport nya ok?
besure before sya mag medical ready to submit na ang requirements kasi 6 months expiry yun.
Even NBI pasama mo na...

yes isama na lahat when you initially send it. according to the guide on how to fill up the application kit you have to send everything from the start to reduce delays. My wife and i submitted EVERYTHING from the start so yung dumating yung PPR, passport lang mismo ang hiningi nila. its just strange na after a week they asked for the family info sheet (yung page where you fill up the name of your parents and siblings), and its weird kasi binigay na namin yon initially but ive heard of so many people na hiningi ulit yung iba nilang documents kahit binigay na nila dati.

thats good MLViLL.. at least alam mong hawak nila ang papers mo and they are working on it, and to progress further kailangan lang yung documents for your daughter.
